I LOVE to watch him move with his playing instruments and to the music. He seemed perfectly gracious to not seek the spotlight yet looked like he was totally into his part as if he were playing the lead ... put his heart and soul into every word and jived into the rhythm so smooth, sometimes looking like he was skating. OMG each of these voices were so uniquely special and rare, I was in awe of each of them, Andy too, and I loved watching their parents ... all so elegant and intelligent and could speak extemporaneously because of being so open they would come across natural and playful and yet considered and willing to share whatever it was they were asked about. It always brings a tear to me!

Huell Babineaux- This is the part of Maurice's magic. His voice range was incredible, what Barry did with falsetto Maurice effortlessly did with his real voice. This man was immensely talented. One thing is very sad: people started to see it and appreciate after his death. May be because he was very humble and naturally happy without jealousy in him. While Barry and Robin were fighting, Maurice was doing his peacemaker work. "Man in the middle"- it's my life story said Maurice.
Maurice was always the most spontaneous and relaxed, the most authentic and outspoken of the Bee Gees, apart of being really handsome and charming, what made him the most interesting of the three. And - what a voice! I could listen to his voice all day (and night!) long... Miss him...
Agree with you 200%, can't say better. When i am watching Bee Gees -i can't take my eyes off of Maurice's face it is never enough. But camera people don't think as i do, unfortunately. All 3 of them could sing falsetto, Maurice usually sang in harmonies and Robin didn't really need to since he could hit the high notes with his real voice

He was a very talented man and looked over in many instances when his brothers fought over solos. How he remained so cool, calm and collected is a mystery. He never allowed his ego to dictate his behaviour. He'll always be my favourite for his sweet, sweet nature and generous heart.

It was at a low point when Mo was drinking heavily and it was reported that he was not contributing to the music or being reliable. In that interview Mo was very defensive and the interviewer mentioned that Mo seemed uncomfortable, even though the interview took place in Mo's own home. In that particular interview Mo seemed angry, and he made it very clear that both he and Robin contributed every bit as much as Barry.
