- Here’s how you get your Instagram account back if you’ve been hacked not deleted but hacked. In 202/2022.
This worked for me and a few of my friends that were hacked also. There’s many options you can do that Instagram do not list on the (help) page that doesn’t even really work. Facebook even have a chat page like apple where you can speak to an advisor.
The email I was given was Security@mail.instagram.com

Forms you need to fill out (works best from a
computer):
1. / 16. .
- For the question that asks if your account is used to represent a business, product or service - always choose “NO”. Remember, ALWAYS put that you’re in the US so that your case is prioritized.
2. / instagr. .
- VERY similar to form in #1, except it doesn’t ask which country you’re from. Fill this one out as many times as you can as well!
3. / 39. .
- Submit your government issued photo ID here.
4. / contact. .
- SAME form as in #1, but on Facebook’s Help Centre. Submit it here too!
5. / help
- Create a business page, run a small ad, and then you’ll be able to access Facebook’s live chat support and get help regarding your Instagram account.

Hey man so I’ve tried all of this but I don’t have a picture of me on business Instagram account. I went through my Facebook and they actually ended up locking me out of both of my pages on Facebook which only made things worse. I have pictures that prove I was hacked but it really seems like they don’t care whether I have that proof or not.
They deadass got rid of all the forms in the links you posted for hacked accounts. I spent the last hour looking for the form I've been filling out and this was the only video that provided the actual links to it, but it's not loading for me and it seems like they got rid of all of them. I've contacted 2 FB reps and they just sent me email addresses that I never receive a response to. This is looking really bad on FB and Instagram It's been a month since my account got hacked and I'm so pissed off. You'd think for multibillion dollar companies they'd have some actual support staff.

When I lost my account, I was literally talking to the hacker that got in for about 2 hours pleading to let me have it back but they refused. Did my findings and Toney Hamrick-walls did the job for me and I've got nobody to thank other than him as well.

The FB chat agents just give us the most basic help which it doesn't work at all... Just the appeal forms and e-mail addresses that don't work.

Has anyone ever had their IG hacked, regained control, lost it again to the same hacker, regained control and while having control disabled it, hoping they would move on? If so, do hackers track your profile so whenever you come back to enable it, they immediately know and can keep trying to hack?
