Gracia STEPHAN why is it that people get so offended when other people embrace your cultural foods and twist it to make something different? Everyone is just to proud for their own good it's sad. Who cares if you are Arab, have your family make you traditional Arab food if you are so offended. Everyone gets mad when people are closed minded about culture but then when someone tried to embrace it they get called out for trying to be something they are not. It's a lose lose with everyone.
I wish we had an interface where I could have reached in and tried this! Then again, I would be huge after watching so many of Jamie's Food Tube videos! This was really awesome, and a nice twist on a veggie classic. Keep them coming.
Perfect Recipe! Tried it last week and all these flavours mix so well.. No always a big fan of sweet potato but it's delicious cooked this way! Will most certainly do it again! Kisses from France PS: thank god there's a written recipe, your accent is quite strong haha
it is kinda different, seeing sweet potato "falafel" and hummus with feta instead of yoghurt, but it actually sounds and looks quite yummy. I'd give it a try ._.
one of the main ingredients in falafel is onion i don't know if you tasted it, and coriander, we Also add a normal potatoe to hold it together , also try sweet potatoes hummus its soo good :) fun video, new kicks ^.^
Omgg did you say palestine instead of israel? GOD BLESS YOU ♥ thank youu for recreating our arabic foodd♥ i think you should visit the middle east because you are definitely going to be mesmerized by our delicious foodd
Saying Palestine instead of Israel when talking about Falafel is like saying Roman Empire instead of Italy when talking about Pizza - it makes no sense.
Good ideas. But I think there's a problem with Naming, the word Hummus comes from the name of Chickpea in Arabic, it's called "Hummus Habb," which literally means pieces of hummus or hummus seeds. So, saying Pea & Feta Hummus totally means that it contains Hummus "spiced chickpea paste" with it.. :) Thanks for the recipe.
I made the sweet potato falafel and they are really good. But I didn't deep-fry them. My mistake, because they fell apart in the pan. But it was delicious anyway 😉
this would be a lovely vegan dish if I could only find something to substitute the feta cheese with, any ideas what would go well to bind the peas and tahini together?
As an Arab watching this, I gotta say it got me out of my comfort zone a bit. But it is nice to see people make different versions of your food :)
As an Arab watching this, I just can't understand how people can even call this "falafel" or "hummus"... This video frustrated me.
Mahmoud Hamra fuck u osama
jason trar stop being rude jason or we'll call your mother and tell her about your ungraceful attitude.
harryrocks yeah NOOOO :'(

Yes Aaron! Get yourself a lovely saison to go with all those lovely fragrant spices and tuck on in.
loved Aaron, shaking the hand blender like we al do to loosen the mix! brilliant. Falafel will never be the same again!
Aaron Craze cooks the way a musician plays. His videos on FoodTube are making me realize how similar the arts are.
Oh wow this is the best thing I've ever tasted and so easy to make!

Just made this. Was awesome. The hummus is sooo good!!
Love your cooking and energy!
if a guy like him cooks for me id marry him right away....gosh why are his eyesss soooo dreamy!!
from what i've seen, every celebrity/youtube chef likes spicy food, and they always have to say it😂
😂😂😂 this is so true
Well "hummus" means "chickpeas". So hummus without chickpeas is not really hummus ;)
But it still looks great.
if vegans can refer to their dishes as "chicken" or "pork" then hummus without chickpeas probably can be called hummus
Thank YOU! I was like where is the hummus? Why doesn't he just call mashed peas or something. Uh!
The most pointless distinction ever
@@SnafuDMZ never met a vegan who did that
OMG!!!! Making this for a potluck this week!!!!! I can't wait to taste it with my home made Tzatziki sauce!!!! This looks amazing!

Love it
Woowww, amazing
Mum is watching wife swap.😂 it is nice to use the roasted chickpea flour. I like this recipe so i will try to make it.
Do you reckon I could shallow fry the sweet potatoes? I'd have to turn it obviously, I just don't like deep frying too much.
Exactly the same recipe as is in the Leon cookbook. This boy has been doing some reading!!
Looks good! Can i do this without frying it?

Yummy!
Interesting! :))
I made the sweet potato falafel and they are really good. But I didn't deep-fry them. My mistake, because they fell apart in the pan. But it was delicious anyway 😉
One of the basic ingredients in flafel are onions, and galric and flafel seasoning those are essential
I want to subscribe again after wacth this video.
Hi thanks for posting! The link to the recipe doesn't appear to work anymore unfortunately
02:46 Yes, my dad is in front of the telly watching House and my mum is fixing the light bulb.
I love it when people say "Khobez Bread" or "The Sahara Desert".
You do know those mean "Bread Bread" and "The Desert Desert" respectively, right?
+Barnabus Wut Obviously they don't know that, otherwise they wouldn't say it...
+Barnabus Wut "Chai Tea" is another one haha "Nashi Pear"
A wonderful recipe :) It tasted so well! But i don't put the herbs in the falafel.. I thought they where too much.
why don't you try some mint in the hummus. It actually tastes good. Also use a bit of lemon to balance the chilly.
this would be a lovely vegan dish if I could only find something to substitute the feta cheese with, any ideas what would go well to bind the peas and tahini together?
i was thinking tofu
Just make real hummus. Its way better and its as vegan as it gets.
i totally agree :)
Recipe link still doesn't work :/
Thanks Aaron I sold them in my local market for £3 I had enough to make 50 and only one left get in there
