99% of the NFP is depending on the unemployment rate and the initial earnings rates. If NFP comes positive and these two indicators turns negative , NFP will be negative full of mixed reactions. So take notice of that too

It's a great technic, thank you. However, the December NFP will be tough since there are fourth "Government Payrolls/Nonfarm Payrolls/ Private Nonfarm Payrolls / Unemployment Rate" that will be released the same December 8th, 2023 at the same time😅
Bro my only concern is will it have momentum or not? Cause this is the end of the year. I have backtested past nfp and they didn't really move like that

That's a great idea to predict the NFP results based on the ADP news release.
However, it seems like there is no benefit of knowing that.
I took a look at the last 8 NFP news releases and in 50% of the cases the price aligned with the news results (meaning if the news for USD was strong, the EURUSD should go down and it did) and in another half of the cases the price neglected the release results and went in an opposite direction.
That's because the news is always Released at the same time with unemployment rate, so it depends which has a stronger impact and it will be the one that drives the direction
It's a confluence. In other words you have to look at the other things that are happening at the same time. You don't trade the release. You trade what the institutions are doing before the release. COT data and NFP data combined with other confluence. It's not an easy 1 equals 1 thing. Many factors that make the odds more in your favour.
90% of the time just trade in the exact opposite direction of retail traders. Seriously. You can make a strategy like this.

Thnx. What about the technical side? Because news can also reject right? so do you even check the technical analisys. FOr example lets say both adp and jobless claims are negative. Change of NFP be negative to. BUt what if there is like a big SUpport level laying below current market price. Then it can still reject and go in the opposite direction
In such scenarios prices will push the NFP direction then be rejected back and leave a big wick

What if one is positive and other is negative
Then NFP will be “AS EXPECTED.” Meaning the USD will flip both ways, liquidating both buyers and sellers… You might wanna stay away from the market if you predict an “As Expected” forecast.

When it's negative You Sell any pair with USD in front..For example USD/JPY..So if your trading EUR/USD you will Buy when its negative
