Quest 3 Can Play PCVR Games - and this one will change things forever

I do highly recommend it, even if you just try to see if it will work on whatever system you already have. No need to build a new computer or anything, unless the one you have is really quite old. VR may run on whatever machine you have, and the only way to really know is to try it with some simple PCVR game, and set the settings very low, and see how it does. Then, you can always up the graphics and bit, and keep going. Then, if you LOVE it, and want to upgrade your computer, you can. Opens the door to great options for games and experiences.

@@jollyjulian I have an iMAC and was told it’s not good enough for PCVR. Maybe someday I will try it somewhere else

I don't have really any experience with current MACs, so I couldn't tell you for sure, but I know that, for most of the time, MAC hasn't been really good for VR. But that might have changed...

The bad thing is that windows is shutting down PC vr with windows 11 and up and windows 10 will support it till 2026.

Well, to be clear (and this is probably what you meant) Windows 11 will no longer support WINDOWS MIXED REALITY headsets any longer. That would be the likes of the Reverb G2, as well as specifically Windows headsets from Acer, Lenovo, and others. However, all other headsets will still work just fine! That includes the Valve Index, the HTC headsets, all Meta headsets, Pimax, Bigscreen Beyond, and so many more. So, not really a huge deal at all, unless you own a Windows Mixed Reality headset. Hope that helps! PCVR still going strong, and I do believe, it's only going to get bigger over the next year!
