I played Ranked in Year 2, placed Gold 3 against average opponents. I tried Ranked again this month, got placed against arguably the toughest people I have ever played against and was put in Copper 5 even with a 2:1 win rate. I stick to Quickplay, plus you can accurately plan with the extra information given. The skill ceiling in this game has become insane and people laser you because one pixel of your shoulder was exposed out of cover.
