This is not a fact that the fuse was open there is a reason behind that, this video doesn't totally show true. As per my experience if this fuse opens near the capacitor, you should always get another defective material in the inverter, fuse only reacts as open may be any supply of IGBT gate terminal or DC terminals shorted. If you change only the fuse, the new fuse will blow again.
There are several reasons that fuse will get blow.... It's a basic thing that every Engineer will check the near by things properly before replacing the fuse. After replacing ,..the fuse was not blown it was working fine and till now there is no issue.
