- It's finally time for a quick update on what's been going on with my 2001 E46 BMW 325i that I swapped a LS3 into from a 2010 camaro ss. Since the last video I have adjusted the ride height on my Airlift Suspension, wired angel eyes, rerouted air lines and guages, figured out my exhaust setup, and now making the final exhaust with vacuum actuated cut outs! Stay tuned for more updates!

Wow it's looking great and coming together can't wait to see it when it's completely done. Love the blacked out headlights and the Angel eyes look good with all of them on. That's how i have mine and they look awesome. Thanks for another great video....

awesome! only thing i have to say is constructive criticism and that is to not forget in the future to torque your wheels in a star pattern, not in a circle! besides that, car is looking great!

GREAT job, the car is really coming along nicely ! Selena, don`t be TOO hard on Jason`s welding skills....it ain`t easy to make an exhaust system (I have burned holes in a few pipes myself ! :-)
Can you do a write up some where for stuff like the wiring and how your going to hook up the AC and leave links in the description or at least where you found out information about how and what is need for wiring etc. thanks
I have the same tires Barum bravuris 3hm,for everyday use on a 150hp diesel they are ok.I have driven 30k km with them and they still have about 5mm.

so how is your visibility at night after the blacked out lights ? video ?? and what acrylic paint was used?
I've really enjoyed your whole build series. Have you thought about how you are going to insure your car? Are you going to get it appraised? Hopefully nothing ever happens, but you never know. I have Hagerty for my 64 Ford Galaxie 500 and I have it insured for 20K. They did not even appraise it, they just took what my value was for it. Oh, and you looked lovely in this video :)

My cats on my M54 are dead or dying.
Can you recommend a good but not expensive (budget) catless headers with correct O2 bung placement, perhaps stainless?
As well, would you know of a rear O2 bypass which you can plug in to the rear o2 pigtails on the valve/rocker and fool to ECU that sensors are installed?
Emissions are not the issue at my location.

Next time you have a wheel off, get the lug and wheel alignment tool out of the trunk tool box, plug it in one of the lug holes, and slide the wheel over it. No more fighting the wheel to get the lug holes lined up, no more holding the wheel up awkwardly to do so.

On painting the headlight reflectors black.... you do realise they are mirror surfaced for a reason right?... to reflect the light onto the road.... Hope you're not planning on doing much night time driving because you won't be able to see very far! lol
Next -> change those stock breaks for some m performance brembo kit ;)

They aren’t a replica they are oem m3 style 219 wheels 18x9.5 squared

Hi Selena: Nice Job with Ur LS Swap!! Umm, just one comment with regard to your Headlights..I noticed you painted the inner "Reflective" Cone and your "Projector" Lens Black...How is your Headlights going to work properly, especially the Reflective Cone one need that shinny surface to allow the Halogen/LED light beams to reflect/bounce off and are focused ahead!! As well, the Projector Lens now will not be as Bright having the Black coating on there!! I could be "wrong" about this; but I have been around the Block..lol (I'm 49yrs old), so I do have alot of Motorcycle & Car Tech Knowledge!! ;-)
Sean Gauthier if I’m remembering correctly I read something on the bmw forums that say the reflective surface isn’t actually needed to use the halogen projectors, or even the brights.
If she has the bi-xenon projectors like my E46, the projectors are both low and hi beam, and inner “hi” beam is literally just used for flashing at slower cars to move over so you can pass safely.
I think the real problem with painting might be heat dissipation for projectors
I have a 2008 bmw 328i and i want to switch out the exhaust for a 335i dual exhaust, is it possible ?

Have you driven it at night yet? Because I bet you cut down your light output significantly by effectively rendering the reflectors useless.
Light output is the same since they are projectors
Be careful with your long hair with any moving parts on the car it’s dangerous just wanted to let you know when the work you have been doing is been wonderful I’m excited to see the exhaust

Chevy ls v8 going in this from camaro . Kooks headers and any stainless high flow cat back .ya looks Iike same as my ls. Kooks headers longtubes may have issue under car. Could do shorties . I lost a lot of weight with the headers and works exhaust change. Also sounds nasty .
Selena you painted over headlights reflectors (if I am right now your beam output is sh1t)... I wonder how you pass inspection in your country with this "mod". Oh well at least it looks nice :)
With projectors it does not affect light output ;) trust me I wouldn’t do it if it did
