    Such an important show! Well I can say that about all your shows! I am current on a plan from a nutritional coach and I there are no carbs in the form of fruits. Rethinking my plan and getting this book.

    Im in my 40s and also work in the film industry. I regularly workout. I have muscles all over and I have a belly.
    I am always struggling on set.
    They serve you healthy and unhealthy choices. And so I eat the healthy food but THEN I go eat from the unhealthy. And I do that the entire time I am on set.
    Yes I also gain weight on set

    LOL! I'll be 60 in just a few years and I live a lifestyle that helps to keep my heteroplasmy rate low. It's all about the mitochondria. I don't count any calories either. I get the majority of my electrons from the magnetic field and the sun, 2/3 of them and the other 1/3 from the food I consume. I intermittent fast and do the 6/18 time frame. I also avoid training in a gym under toxic artificial blue light. I train in the sun and barefoot, a maximum of 2 hours per week.
