I met morris a few times at my local gym he was here in my town working on a TV show, he is the nicest coolest guy ever!! Every time we would see each other he would remember my name and always talk to me. I never asked for a picture or autograph we just talked like regular people about work and life, so grateful to meet him he deserves all the success!

Been following this Brother’s Nutrition/Fitness Lifestyle for years to help get even more creative with my own. Met a lot of OG’s like him in the gym and outside the gym that are his age and older.

Morris is me!! When I’m dieting, and even when I’m not, I like to eat the same meal over and over. It helps me stay regimented and keeps me from spending too much time thinking about the next meal.
I wonder why health companies hasn't yet signed him to be A SPOKESMAN FOR THEIR COMMERCIALS?
I just switched to a mainly fruit and veggie diet. Nuts as well. It actually wasn't very difficult. My cravings are different and lost 20 lbs. Energy up

You are what you eat for sure. At 60 I take for granted my great diet until I eat something I shouldn't. It only takes two days before I realize how 60 really feels.

It seems the younger the generations get with health, nutrition, and science being so good now the guys and women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, etc that were born after a certain time are looking younger and younger. I met a chick the other day that was born in 1972 and I couldn't believe she was 50. Legitimately looked like she was 28 or 30 tops.
I’ve been working out since I was about 25 and now I’m 59 and people think I’m in my 40’s. My daughter who is 34 years old is always tell me her friends are always saying to her that I’m fine. I find it funny and flattering but it is about the gym and your diet.
I believe it's because all these young people grew up staying in the house

The Rock and High Jackman both did it for perspective roles where they had to get absolutely jacked. They also probably used some performance enhancers but that's a different story 🤷🏻
