Hi Marsha.. I just completed this workout! Ok # 1, kicked my butt, #2 I felt like I could actually get through this.. Don't get me wrong., it was a great workout but all the other ones I've tried that are similar honestly get too hard. I'm overweight and used to work out religiously but broke my ankle last year and have had a hard time getting back. I'm still suffering from ankle issues and now I'm got some back problems and the last few harder workouts I've done, I've gotten really hurt. I can't do the lunge back with my arms up yet.. I had to put my hands on my waist because I was falling over and the walk out burpees are kinda weird for me. Stepping out to the plank is ok, it's coming back, that feels funny. I look silly doing it because my hips are tight but I still got through 3 rounds and now dripping with sweat! Ty for this! Your channel popped on my feed and I had to try it out! :) look forward to trying this again and maybe the second one I saw..
I'm so happy to hear that you did three rounds! That's why I made this channel - to create workouts that are challenging but totally doable. Yes some will be harder than others but you can definitely find something that will work for you! Thanks so much for your feedback! :)
