      Yep, any fluid + power will work along the same pipe.

    I think the issues with speed you're having are because with three gear boxes its geared too high. 👍

      Seems likely if its doing it regardless of ECU. I guess I would need more torque to overcome the limit?

      @@terr-rawr-saur Either more torque or fewer gear boxes. In the video when you put it in reverse you commented how much faster it was and it was in a 1:1 ratio in reverse. So just lower the ratio until you find a sweet spot

      reverse gear only changes that on gearbox so it still has the other 3:1 gearboxes at 3:1.@@chasefagan55

      @terr-rawr-saur A strong indicator for an overload is the AFR value on the ZE controller. If it shows AFR 12.9 it is a very rich mixture and the lowest AFR on the controller which the controller uses to keep the engine running during overload. You could also change the stoichiometric setting to 0.2 to get the most fuel efficient option. The power loss is negligible. You most likely solve it anyway with the researched fluid pumps but I am unsure if it is wise to gear up the impeller this much. There is a cap for everything in the game and you might waste power there and/or increase fuel consumption and heat. I actually geared down a small impeller for the coolant flow to the boiler at 2:1 to get to the cap. I measured the battery drain (small electric motor on the impeller) and the battery lasted longer that way. The same applies for supercharging an engine. An option you should totally use. An ungeared impeller pumped all the air that was needed to max out the air for max fuel throttle. Results may vary but as a rule of thumb I would not gear it up.
      I am happy we can enjoy crashing helicopters during intros again.
      What is the add on for the peaceful hospital ship? You said it stopped and it actually stayed in position for you and it had a side entrance. Contrary the stock hospital ship started back up and dragged me along after I moored my boat to it. I watched with horror while it dragged me towards an AI warship.

    I think you could run that boat with less cylinders using the azimuth thrusters, 2 of them, with 2:1 gearing

      It'd work, but it might be slower. I have 6 small propellers which has a total of 120,000 force, 2 azimuth propellers would only have a total force of 80,000. Which would mean less load on the engine, but also less output.

    Hello! I have a question about the islands: is it possible to make your own island? I mean designing something in blender or something like that, and import it in stormworks is that (without knowing much about programming and stuff) possible?
    I know it’s possible to create bases on some islands, and you can make add ons, but is it possible to make a whole new island?
    Edit: could you import the 3d files of a creation you build (maybe like a add on you already build?) in this island creating software and add it to a already build island to safe a lot of frames?

      Yes, you can model a new island in blender and replace an existing tile with the new 3d model. I don't think anyone has added a moving vehicle into an islands 3d model though.
      Even the developers are using their own vehicles for the fuel gantries so it might not be possible at all.

      Making the missions is the difficult part. You need to have experience with lua, and even more specifically the mission editors lua.
      Its possible to make missions, the barrier to entry is pretty high which is why you dont see many mission packs.
