    I've been carrying the Aer Day Pack for a few months by now, and so here's my two cents' worth.
    I've run into a couple obstacles, which I haven't seen addressed by other fellow backpackers. First off, the bottom rim of the bag tends to cause unpleasant pressure against my lower back. I wonder if anyone else has encountered this issue?
    Secondly, the compartment next to the back panel is very narrow, and the yawning sleeves on both sides of the cavern tend to swallow all items tucked inside. This makes it very hard to reach the bottom of the slot. Otherwise this is a first-rate and very sleek looking carry-on.
    Best, Ville

I definitely always appreciate the feedback and helpful tips! and thats a good idea to use a script and something I've been wanting to do, but I always seem to get stuck trying to figure out what should be included in the script or how best to say things and end up taking longer than if i just talk lol I will definitely continue to work on getting better with putting together a script and hopefully make the videos a little more concise without losing any of the relevant details =)

    for those who are trying yo buy this bag. I got my aer daypack yesterday. the backpack doesnt carry a lot of stuff when you first get it shipped. (since I am a college student sometimes I have to carry two or more books.) there's a kind of hidden pocket on the main compartment which has a plastic board inside. If you want to carry more, take out that thing then you could put some more stuff :) (think the plastic thing is for making better appearance outside)

    Would the day pack be good for college? Like would it be able to fit one binder & 1 text books & if so how much room would it have left?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 років тому +2

      Thank you for watching! I think this is ok for college but a little on the smaller side. So with the binder and text book it would probably not have much leftover space (you might even have trouble fitting a laptop in as well given how slim the bag is). Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag =)

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  2 роки тому

      Thank you for watching! The biggest difference between the two is that the tech pack has a separate laptop compartment whereas the day pack has the laptop inside the main compartment but the sleeves hold a similar size device

      Thank you for watching and that's a tough choice as both bags are pretty great! • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  6 років тому +4

      Thank you for watching and thats definitely a tough choice! I think both are great bags, but pretty different haha If you do any type of photography or you want a bag that is more versatile with how you can organize and the amount of stuff you can pack I would lean towards the peak design bag. It has so many different pockets, ways to access the bag, and its nice that it has a little expandability as well. However if you are looking for something a little more professional looking, a little less expensive and maybe also slightly more comfortable i would lean towards the tech pack. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bags =)

    So, Tech Pack can protect laptop a little bit better? Or they are similar in side/bottom padding?

    • @dannypacks

      Thank you for watching! Its interesting because the Tech pack actually has the same sleeve that the day pack has and then it has an additional separate laptop compartment that the Day pack does not have. So I guess it provides a little bit better protection, but what it mainly provides is extra space / organization. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag! =)

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  4 роки тому

      Thank you for watching and for the support! Unfortunately this bag doesn’t pack too flat since it has a pretty rigid structure and a lot of padding. The Aer go pack would probably be a better option but if that doesn’t offer enough support some other good options to check out might the the Tortuga outbreaker day pack, the recycled firefighter 24hr backpack, or the burton tinder pack. Thank you for watching! and that's a great idea for a video! It may be a little while before I can get to it, but are there any questions I can help answer about the differences between the two? In general I feel like the day pack has a more professional and modern look and better organizational options if you have a lot of smaller accessories. The fit pack 2 has more minimal organizational options for smaller accessories but its larger compartments work a little better for my packing style and it will also be a better option if you if you need to carry a lot of stuff or if you are looking for something that will work will for gym / daily use. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer =)

    I’m on another backpack hunt! I am looking for a great college backpack! Not too big not too small with good amount of pockets and laptop sleeve.
    Considered the aer day pack but it’s too bulky from the video or it might be too big?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  6 років тому +2

      Thank you for watching and always exciting to be on the hunt for a new bag! haha I think the Tech pack is a little too bulky, but I really liked the size of the day pack, the only thing is I'm not sure if it could hold more than 1 textbook lol and although i really like the bag I do wish the laptop compartment was more elevated on the bottom to provide additional protection when placing it on the ground. Any other bags you're considering? I know they are pretty common, but I have been enjoying using the Hershel pop quiz quite a bit! lol I also really like the Aer fit pack 2 =)

    Hi I really like these backpacks I would like to buy the AER Day pack but I want to know if you think you can enter 5 or 6 notebooks and my laptop Lenovo y520 or would be better to buy the AER Tech pack, apart from how tough you think the part of canvas that looks like skin or leather.

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  6 років тому

      Thank you for watching! For the items you are describing I believe the Aer Day Pack might be a little tight. You might be able to squeeze it all in (depending on how think the notebooks are), but you wouldn't have too much leftover space, so it might be better to get the Tech Pack which would give you a separate pocket for the laptop and leave you the main area for storing the notebooks and other items you might want to carry with you. As for the materials on the bag they have held up well so far and I have used the bags quite a bit. I would think that the part you are asking about might at some point be susceptible to scratches if something really sharp rubs against it, but I haven't run into any issues yet fortunately haha Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bags =)

    Would u say the day pack has enough space in that main compartment for books? And by that I mean like 2-3books with a sketchbook and notebook, basically university needs (am a landscape architecture student)

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 років тому +1

      Thank you for watching and good question! I think it really depends on how thick the books are. In general the bag is pretty slim so I think 2-3 books is definitely the limit and if they are thicker text books I would say even 2 would be tight especially if you have another notebook and a laptop in there (The thickness of the laptop could also make it more difficult to include more books). You could fit the notebook in the front organization compartment to save some space, but its still a pretty slim bag overall. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag =)

    • @dannypacks

      Thank you for watching and good question! Both bags are really nice to use and I think the Aer Daypack is going to be a little more comfortable to wear and has a better build quality but it is also a little more expensive than the Oneplus backpack. However, I do feel like the one plus backpack can hold a little bit more and is a little better for holding bulkier items. As for the look thats tough to say as everyone has such different preferences, but personally I have been a big fan of the minimalist aesthetic of the Aer Daypack and would lean slightly towards that one (but i like the look of the one plus backpack as well) Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag =)

    Trying to decide between the Aer Day Pack and the Able Carry Daily pack. Which one do you like better?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 років тому

      Thank you for watching! and that's definitely a tough choice haha I go back and forth between the two, I personally like the look of the Aer bag a little bit more and it has more internal organization if you like to have lots of pockets for different stuff. However, I prefer that the Able carry bag has an elevated laptop compartment which adds some extra protection. For my style of packing I also prefer the more minimal but larger pockets that the daily active has. Both bags are super comfortable tho, I might give a slight edge to the able carry bag but its not a very noticeable difference and if you need something more professional looking for the office I think. the Aer bag has a slight edge. As for capacity, I feel like they can hold a very similar amount, but the Aer Bag might be able to hold just a little bit more. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bags =)

    I have the regular kind of EDC (laptop etc) but also travel 1-2 days a week. Hence I need to pack clothes for 1-2 days, and i usually bring my running shoes as well.
    I currently have the Tortuga Laptop Backpack and in terms of size and features it’s great. But I don’t really like the look and quality of it.
    I’m considering the Evergoods CPL24 but it just has too little organization.
    I love the Air Tech Pack from it looks but the the main compartment looks super tight (despite its size). Do you think I can fit a half size packing, shoes and a light jacket in there? Anything you can mention to help me understand the size of that compartment would be great.

      Thank you for watching and for the positive feedback! I’m glad the video was helpful! Thank you for watching and for the positive feedback! That’s definitely a tough choice as I’ve really loved using both bags haha they are both super comfortable to wear and the look is great on both as well. I think the able carry bag has slightly more minimal organizational options so if you use pouches to organize it will be a good combination and the day pack has more slip and zippered pockets if you like everything in a bag to get its own place (bonus for the Daypack is that it mostly stands upright on its own). I also feel like the day pack can hold a little bit more than the able carry but I like the laptop compartment on the daily active better as it’s elevated. Thank you for watching! You may be able to squeeze it in but i think it would likely be a little too tight of a fit, and the top of the laptop might be super close to the zipper at the top. Man, the Day Pack would be perfect if it would have had the side bottle compartment.
    Carrying a wireless charger kind of defeats the purpose. If you have to plug it in, might as well use the cable, which is much faster. What you might want is a wireless charging powerbank which you can use anywhere while you use your laptop or something.

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 років тому

      Thank you for watching! and totally agree, I would have loved if the day pack kept the same water bottle compartment that the tech pack has! and thats a good point about getting a wireless charging bank and I can see how it might be silly to plug in the wireless charger haha one of the reasons i really like using a wireless charger when I am on the go is that the charging port on my phones has been one of the things to break most often, so Im hoping if i reduce how much I plug things in and out of it i can extend the lifespan of the span just a little bit more =) It does charge alot slower than with the cable tho so hopefully there is a fast charging wireless solution that I can get for the iphone at some point!

      Thank you for watching and good question! Due to the slimness of the bag I don't think its going to be very good for holding a lunchbox unfortunately. You might be able to fit certain slimmer lunchboxes but it wouldn't leave you much space for other items in the main area of the bag. Hope that helps bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag =)

    Fix your cut scenes skill bro. It’s so annoying that it’s so noticeable. I didn’t finish the video even tho I wanted to watch it. Make it more smoothly please

    I got the day pack several days ago, it's a good backpack, but…… too many small pocket,hard interval and the limited thickness,top small pocket will also take up some space of the main compartment。the thickness,bad design

      Thank you for watching! You bring up some good points and as with most of the bags on the channel, even when I really love them (like my experience with this one) there is definitely always room to improve and I really look forward to future versions of the bag to see what sorts of improvements have been made =)

    Can you repeat yourself a little more?
    Keep video in 5-10 minute range and it's a winner.
