Wanted to take course but don't have the money right now or credit card. Can I still get printable steps for free? I am 56 yrs old in hoarder lost sister and nephew and haven't been able to face the emotional of seeing there stuff. Hurts to much but mold in house and I must do asap . On oxygen and bad health so limited mobility . Plus I have no energy and emotional strength to tackle have 10 days before I must leave do to black mold and really truly overwhelmed start and lose strength or see something that was Jesse and kolleens and completely get off track. I am trying so hard but I have to say it's not easy. So anything you could help me with for free till I have enough money for course I truly would appreciate. No help and everyone is so expensive . Family in other states so that's issue no friends as been closed off since lost family don't bother with anyone guess in a shell of grief for years let everything in life go. Everything.

Honestly at this point there is only one strategy I would recommend which is called "treasure hunting" where you go through the space and choose the absolutely most critical items to keep. Usually the list is something like - medication, selective jewelry, vital records, high value items like coins/cash/sterling, a few sets of clothes, some photos, ect... no more than would fit in a car or small moving truck and NOTHING that is contaminated. Let a helper (contact social services, landlord, house of worship, local facebook group...) dispose of the rest of it as they see fit.
