This is going to a great series James! I hope you include them cooking their normal way and what you did to fix their problems. I think showing how they did it before might resonate with a lot of people who are doing the same thing and how easy it was to change it up. Can't wait.

Dude, this will be awesome! I finally pulled the trigger and got the big Joe three about a month and a half ago and can’t thank you enough for all the great info. I have been able to turn out killer meals on the weekend and quick grill dinners after work cheers!

This series is a great idea. Season 2 should visit some high altitude locations. Curious to see if your tips/tricks/methods work the same at altitude (above 6000'). I think a lot of people run into issues when applying low altitude methods to high altitude locations. Air density and oxygen aren't as plentiful, so I wonder if vent settings are affected, among other things (time, temp, etc.).

I appreciate your effort traveling to help these people with their BBQ. The first 2 that struggled with tenderness seem like rookie mistakes. Just have to watch more youtube videos to figure out what they are doing wrong. But I'm really excited for the series.

Question. Do you have any recommendations for the vent top for the kamado joe jr on making the vent not slide closed when you open the grill? I always have to reset the temp control when I open the grill.
Did you only go west of the Mississippi?
If yes I expect season 2 to be the entire USA.
and maybe season 3 if it ever comes: Globally.
Chicago and Atlanta are east of the Mississippi.
Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Memphis, Chicago and Michigan for season 1 as I drove... if all goes well rest of US / WW with flights is what i would like to open up too
