Yes Saint Cloud is all that .I moved here back in 2003 never looked back .BUT lots of people are moving here and that peaceful city feeling is getting lost day by day as more families are moving here.So keep that in mind.New subdivisions are been build none stop so think about that if you're plaining to move here ,pretty soon is gonna be another crowded city.
@Maribel Osceola county is already preparing for road expansions and by ways also the build out of homes is not what people think, remember in 2008 when the housing market crashed building stopped we actually have a generation of people who are now heading back into the market as home production not only here in Florida but all over the country still has not caught up statistically, so in reality if you look at the statistical data we are not even at where we are suppose to be with home builds yet, the over crowding you may experience is the infrastructure road work not being built out fast enough especially with the unexpected influx of buyer from that last few markets but once that is taken care off I have no doubt that Osceola and surrounding central
Florida locations can handle the population we currently have … just my humble opinion 😊
@@fulltimeagent The thing is that some people like my self we want to escape the crowds and the traffic and the crime that growing cities bring.And when you say Saint Cloud is a small city let me tell you is becoming a not so small city .Regardless of road constructions delays they expanding the roads ,schools,sidewalks stores parking spaces and more just for one reason more people are moving here. So inevitable soon celebrating small town living (the city slogan )no longer posible.
