For 200 bucks it's hard to beat the police station. I'm surprised they didn't raise the price on it as well.

I picked up two boutique hotels for 170 apiece on clearance at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. They are my modulars. I do have my eye out for those three other sets.
I paid 150$ for the new Sanctum because of slightly damaged box.

i bought the sanctum for 180 if you wanna get Lego cheap watch prizes everyday on Amazon i noticed sometimes they offer sets for even 45% cheaper for 1-2 weeks....

@@BuilderTim Like the Police Station for example it was always 179 by me then 1-1 1/2 weeks it was 159 now its 199 hope (because of 10% increase) i could help few here to spare money ;) and yeah it sucks to wait always for best prices ;D
