Nice review. I have the S10 and have pre-ordered the S20+. For me, the decision to get the S20+ came down to cost and loss. I've seen prices as low as $500.00 for a brand new S10. This means that if I sold my mint (10 out of 10 condition) S10, I'd be lucky to $475.00 for it right now. If I wait another year it will be worth maybe $200.00. Samsung pre-order for the S20+ is giving me $600.00 for my S10 and a $150.00 store credit which I used to get the galaxy buds+. Since I already have the galaxy buds I will sell the ones I'm getting. So my out of pocket cost to upgrade to the $1200.00 s20+ with the new processor, cameras, 120hz display, larger 6.7" screen,12gb ram is $450.00. I really didn't want to upgrade but with the drop in the cost of my current phone it was, in my opinion, financially the best option. That is at least the rationalization that I'm going with.LOL
I'm in the same boat. I'll be swapping my S10+ for the S20+. Paying 400 to 500 out of pocket for this beast is a steal. No matter how you look at it. It's a no brainier for me. The only thing I'm gonna miss is the headphone jack when I'm flying. All throughout the flight I switch between the aircrafts entertainment system to my S10+ via headphone jack. All my stuff is wireless anyway. I just chose to use the headphone jack on my QC35'S.
And for gaming with the s10 having 8gb of ram compared to S20+ 12gb demanding games and games overall will run better along with the new processor etc.. I would upgrade my self
@@Edx733 There is no difference between S20+ and S21+ the camera is practically the same just the design is changed, I've both S20+ last year when S21+ just came out and I'm not disappointed, the only small thing is the processor. And also just to say, they are going initially to stop producing the S brand and would change it to NOTE so there is a very huge possibility the next year there is no S22 but only note 22.

S20+ is totally worth it, if, you're coming from either iPhone or finally upgrading from your old phone after at least 4-8 years. If you're upgrading after like 1 year, then it's most likely not worth it since not much will have probably changed. But 4 years or more definitely. I had an S7 Edge for the last 4 years and the S20+ is a big step up from the S7. Totally worth it. Battery life is still going strong after like 3 months and the functionality and features are all better than my previous phone.
Jeez man, I love your commitment to the channel because these latest videos certainly haven't been cheap. I only wanted one of the phones and there is no way I can afford it. Keep up the great work it's crazy how much you have grown since I started watching!
My first day on the galaxy s20 ultra, I love it!! Will test the cameras over the next few days. 120 hertz is so good even with reduced battery life is still last almost all day
Watching this on my S20+, just upgraded from the standard S8, and what a world of difference! The 120hz is beautiful and proficient, the battery life holds up VERY WELL. Definitely worth the buy.

I was at Best Buy today and kicked the game it’s on the S20 plus. About 20x zoom the photos were Facebook worthy. I was super impressed. Then that 120hz. Wow. I never knew I would love it until I used it. Now I’m back home apologizing to my IphoneXs for looking at another lol
Love it, great video on the S20+ considering the Ultra is getting all the lime light in various Groups, You Tube video's etc It's ULTRA, ULTRA & ULTRA 😂 I personally ordered the 20 Plus as camera or photography is not really my thing, but the sheer size, bulk & heaviness of the Ultra turned me off so after the hype dies down I asked myself am I'm going to be ok carrying such a heavy huge device for the next say 2 years ? Will I get sick of it ? Will it just become to heavy to carry around etc. You have made me feel quite at ease with my decision now & that for me personally I made the correct decision , so thank you 😊. It's great to see the middle man getting such a great review 😉 so can not wait to get my pre order. Will you be doing a video on how to best set up the 20 plus straight out of the box for better functionality etc or the tips and tricks first up ? Bit strange with my s20+. I find oneUI so different from the pixel and Huawei phones I'm used to. The fingerprint has been an issue for me. But seeing your remarks maybe its just me
Just ordered your S20 plus. I wouldn't have bought it but my S9 plus is having some pixel issues ever since I dropped it on the floor. Gonna be super careful with my super expensive S20 plus.

This phone is available in India at $1000, but it runs in exynos chip and not 5g. But still $200 difference is huge. This is the prettiest phone in market. Also the camera quality is in par with iphone 11 pro (which is above $1200 in india). Its not just india, govt charges a lot of import taxes for electronic items almost every country.
$1200 for the s20+. In my country, it's already $700 at the Samsung Store itself because very minimal people go to the mall and if the prices were $1200, the store could go bankrupt due to less to no income at all. It doesn't matter which country I am living since they sell the Exynos variants for High-end Samsung phones here.

I don't get it with people complaining about edge screens and miss touches because I have been using phones with edge screens since the S6 and don't EVER I mean never have a problem with miss touching nor does anyone I know that owns them this seems like BS to me

I found many youtuber's videos for unboxing this phone. It seems that you might be the only one who did not show the seal for the phone box. Is it possible some boxes for this phone have no seal? The seller has well-evaluation in ebay but this phone seems not a new one as they mentioned. Just curious about your phone box condition when you opened it. thanks
I can't see how people complain about 128GB of storage when you expand storage up to 1TB, and buying a 128GB microSD comes out as cheaper than buying a 256GB model. We all know 5G is what largely jacked up the price anyway, and we're already complaining about it.

The device is in its 3rd year as well so you will only get software updates until next year. I have been a Samsung client since 2011 but I'm thinking of switching.

Just got mine yesterday the bettery life is not that great but the charger makes up for it since it charges really fast. Loving the phone ,😍😍😁

120hz only seemed to take maybe 2 hours off my battery life. And it's still lasting more than a whole day for me.
The more you use it, the more it drains! We'll see how the upcoming LTPO displays handle the high refresh rates
