Hi, Amanda. Thank you for the tutorial, it helped me a lot! I watched your video last week and made a 10 stitch scarf during the weekend. I loved the end result for my scarf. But I was wondering if you have tried not to move the skein and just move the working strands. I started following the exact movements from the video but it was too much for my arms. I suffer from hand pain when I abuse my hands from too much computer or crafting, and so I did it just moving the strands out of the way (near my elbows) and I felt less tired. Just thought someone might benefit from this. Keep up the good work :D

Oh my god, I loved this tutorial because I'd like to make an arm knit blanket but I was wondering how I could have the look of smaller spaces. How many stitches and rows do you think is enough for a good single size blanket with the linen stitch? Keep up the amazing work :)

Hi Maggie! I love this stitch and I can't wait to do it and make a blanket since it is tighter and I have had trouble with holes for the knit stitch.
Just wondering....how do you cast off from this, is it just a normal cast off just like you would for the knit stitch or is it different?
    Thanks :)

Love love your videos, and this stitch! My work is coming out binded together automatically. I have never had this happen before with arm knitting. I can't see the end of my work hanging from my arm, it is attached and loops back behind my arm. It has to be the slip stitch I am messing up. Have you had this happen? I keep watching trying to find my mistake but can't see it. I would really appreciate your input. Thanks!

Hey! Sorry to bother! I'm from Brazil and arm knitting it's not well known here, so i learned from you :D
But I really have a doubt. I'm arm knitting for my final fashion college project, and I was wondering, in the linen stitch, you take both endings (center and side) of the yarn, how do you continue knitting when the yarn ends, because, if you take the center and the side string your yarn ball will end in a loop. do you just cut it and continue with a new yarn? Thank you! :D
P.S.: Congrats for the baby! :D

I wouldnt like to take it with to the bathroom, so I would like a suggestion as to what I can place into the loops. I thought rolling pin or empty foil, plastic wrap tube or holiday paper tube? But those arent readily available as I forget to save one & dont have a rolling pin; papertowel tubes are too soft. Anybody have a thought?

Hello. A skein has two ends. One you can easily find on the outside of the skein the other end is tucked inside. So find them both and use them together as if they are one strand.

    • @Infinitybein

Kristen C do a gauge. Knit a few stitches a number of times (6) and measure how many stitches are in a inch (or foot). how big is your blanket (let's say 7 feet). so you will do some multiplying. number of stitches/foot x length of blanket = how many cast ons. i.e. stitches /ft x 7ft
