Nice concise tutorial, looks like ESP32 are very capable, I have one I never get around to building an ELRS module with lol, maybe one weekend :D Would be nice to see how you set it up on the track once you have it built and flashed.
so that bit is less glamorous i have mine at the start/end gate but becuase whoop tracks and indoors you have to wrap them in tin foil on 5 sides to block rf and make it direction. I'm still getting to know that side its easy to do - but every track i've had calibrated slightly differently but yes good idea ill do a mini update on one of the racegow tracks over next week weeks cheers
