As each sponsored person has a different program, I recommend you contact them (Capella) through Instagram, mainly their DM inbox for how to qualify. Each person is different and is approached differently. Hope that helps.
I have a really good support system and I work nights, haha. Nights allows me to work while the world sleeps and not miss to much stuff with the kids : )
