Thank you for sharing. I've been on the fence about pursuing the MBA, but hearing "passion is not enough" just echoes for me. You've mentioned a lot of things that I'm interested in but I've always lacked that business education to fully take the steps. After watching, I'm definitely going for it. Hi 👋 can you tell me about the requirements? In my country we don’t use a (high school term )after 10th we join colleges. I did a diploma of nursing(3 years) after 10th became an RN and moved to UK and did one year BSN program in UK.
I was thinking to do a dual MSN/MBA but was scared if they would ask me a high school certifications which I don’t hold at all.
Education system varies in every country especially in my country which holds a weaker education system.And I can’t possibly go and join a high school rn.
I have 10th certificates,diploma,BSN ( GPAs over 3.80 in every certificates) .Can you guide me ?

I already had an MSN, so I only required a few classes in order to obtain my MBA. I recommend reaching out to the school for specifics, as each case is different.
what do you think has been your biggest challenge in pursuing a MBA with a Nursing background?
Understanding the finances in great detail. Passion is great but if you don't understand the finances, the project will not last or happen at all. It definitely adds a different perspective on things and allows me to properly asses my goals.
How do you handle working and doing online program? I will finish my ADN and will pursue my BSN while
Working as a RN. But I get nervous thinking how I will handle it .
