Hi Aranya, any particular wood you would recommend for the stakes, sweet chestnut for instance?
Yes, sweet chestnut is best option in Britain at least as it's very high in tannins which resist attack. Especially if it's cut in winter when there's less sap in the wood.
Good info, cheers Aranya, I gave all mine a dose of JADAM Microbial Solution for a bit of boost as my subsoil is a similar mix of builders rubble (and I fermented way too much for just the beds lol)
Your conscious mind thinks you fermented too much but your subsconscious got it just right. :D
@@LearnPermaculture lol that's brilliant, it was my subsconcious added 500g rock salt instead of 50g because it knew I had a 50 gal barrel as well as the 5 gal bucket my conscious mind wanted to use ;)
