When using planer boards with lead core, will that affect your depth of your bait/A rig, etc.? If so, how would you need to make adjustments?

Planer boards don’t really affect your depth any, that has everything to do with how many colors of lead core are under the surface of the water, which is just wherever you decide to clip the board on at
But to make adjustments, you would have to bring the line in and then just move the planer board up or down on your lead core accordingly
