It's finally time my friends, the return of the first ever game we played here on E&S (allegedly) but this time with the intent to finish the bloody thing, it's Brenda Jones returning in Oblivion!

Sorry about the audio being all over the place in this one. The in-game audio was well out of sync, and the music got really loud. AND we got new (better) microphones, so it was a total mess. We fix it for next episode though!

A very Mabel-heavy episode, but no complaints here.
The jade skin/beauty comments in cultivation novels always gets me because I tend to associate jade with green as well. I know there is white jade, but my brain insists on jade = green. It always throws me a bit in those books when I get to one of those comments. My brain always tries to imagine something like a human form Fiona from Shrek but with the green ogre skin color when a comment about a "jade beauty" is made in those books. XD

Ive been streaming Oblivion for my friends and, having never played it before coming from both skyrim and morrowind, its very interesting to see all the design differences between the games. Im so glad y'all are doing a playthrough of it to see Elise's reactions to all of it.
Justice for Mable, rudely had her toy stolen
20+ year animal rescuer and foster here. Most of my fosters were older pittie puppies, and they are *very* destructive chewers. There is a spray or gel called Bitter Apple that discourages pets from chewing anything you put it on; not sure if it's sold on your side of the pond. I found it effective and non-staining. I've heard vinegar works, too, but I wasn't too keen on the idea of my house and car smelling like that.
We are reaching the shivering isles with this one. I am hyped.
Mable is the greatest foley sound technician really creating an immersive environment by replicating the sound of a rat being hit.

huge advice for playing a mage in oblivion. use AOE ice spells when you can get them, and when you get spell crafting create a spell with an ice aoe as the first effect then all the other crap you want to add after. normal aoe's shoot out and explode where they hit, ice damage aoe's get shot out doing damage over a small area and expand out to their full radius as they travel making them much easier to hit with.
multiple damage types over time is more magicka efficient than one damage all at once.
finally weakness effects are the secret to infinite power, expeirment with them when you get the chance.

You should look into the mod that gives better invitory UI ... might even have one that has gold/weight ratio listed so you don't have to do mental math and can sort by it lol
Mehruhes Dagon is not only the prince of destruction, he's also the daedra of new orders because you have to do away with the old to make place for the new. Still not exactly someone Brenda might go, just saying that nearly all of the daedra have a positive side to them
