We dive into in the world of mindbody healing, discuss some of the things that keep us stuck, and touch on the challenges of grief.
    You may know Karden from his brilliant posts on IG @kardenrabin, the amazing Heal Program and his book “the secret language of the body” (which he co-authored with Jen Mann. He is an expert in the field of trauma and psychophysiological disorders. Over the last fifteen years he has combined principles of bodywork, brain retraining, and somatic trauma therapies and helped thousands of clients across the globe heal from chronic pain and illness.
    Karden is the Co-Founder of SOMIA and a regular contributor to Bessel Van Der Kolk’s Trauma Research Foundation. He has led programming for The Wounded Warrior Project, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and Starbucks.

    Kareden, thanks for sharing your grief experience. I cried and felt it because I did the same with Dad. I actually started the taking care of others the 2 weeks my Dad was in hospital. I made sure everythings was Ä OK for him and all the siblings that came. Then I made the decision to let him go then planning funeral, eulogy. I did it all by choice. I did not want help. I was the helper. 4 years later Im here learning. You helped me see something I had not seen.

    Just adding more complexity and concepts with little meaning
    Eckhart Tolle explained very well in his books how to deal with emotions and transcend the egoic mind
    I don't see anything new here
