I have mild spastic cerebral palsy and am seeing muscle where I never thought possible! For instance- When I started, I could curl 8# on my left arm, but 10# was a struggle, and one rep on 15# had my arm shaking & spasming. Two months later, I can curl 15# for 5x6.
My personal trainer helps me during execution of the very same exercises in this video. They’re great for building legs, calves and back. Buff Brazilian here in progress. 🤩

Not gonna lie, I went from 360 to 287 from August 2019 to mid 2020. Gained 15 lbs after holidays. Never did leg day because my legs are already big, and also physical work with employment was the key. My height is 5'7, and now I gotta go back to legs....skipped it that long, yes i know

I have previously heard that low bar squatting attacks more muscles than high-bar. Is your reason for high bar squatting simply to diversify areas of focus (quads w/ high bar and hammies with the RDL?)?
So I've had two knee surgeries (both ACL) and still in 20's but squats without a box murder the shit out of my knees - something I'm doing wrong or makes sense ya got f***ed up knees?

a) if you are doing a hypertrophy program, the performance loss is irrelevant b) you should not do excessive static stretching right before the workout, because it increases the risk of injury.
