quick question, you think you guys could try an olympic weightlifting or strongman program, just to see if they are any better for muscle building and strength than the standard powerlifts i see from you guys?
I once found out through personal experience that being dehydrated can have a huge affect on your workout level. Couple of my buddies went to go hang out at the local pool, and I decided to join them before going to the gym. Went went to workout, I first tried to do a bench press and damn near dropped the bar on me. I learned 2 lessons that day. First the sun can very quickly zap energy out of your body, and second it's not a good idea to try to workout when dehydrated.
You should get mono-lifts for the rack. It will save your shoulders when benching. Also, good for squats. Invest in a CXT 200 Functional trainer cable machine. It fits nice in the corner and out of the way and would complete your gym. It’s actually better than what commercial gyms offer and you get to write it off your taxes for your business. Just my thoughts. Good video...

Have you guys thought about going over early morning lifting tips? How to get used to waking up so early, what to eat before vs lifting fasted, how to stay motivated and not roll back into bed, etc.,. You guys rock! Keep the awesome content rolling! Best pre-workout videos out there!

Please put out a 5/3/1 program with bench deadlifts and the squat as your primary lifts. It will be interesting to see the BUFF DUDES hit their one rep max for the first time since the bulking plan and get those balloons.
I don't waste my time on decline, flat bench, incline variation and weighted dips are good enough to hit the entire chest with a couple of chest isolation exercises like dumbell fly or cable fly you are good to go.

I can never get past 220 lbs on the bench and I'm 200lbs... squats and deadlifts are amazing.. pinched nerve in my back ... feels as if one pec isn't pushing anything

Good, but.... way too many sets, as always. Why 4 sets and so many reps? 3x6-10 for the two bench press variations and for the flys 3 sets 8-12.. that's a lot, dips 4 sets, skull crushers as well? Idk it's too much in my opinion (i am not an expert)

Yes. If you want to emphasis your lower chest and avoid dips, it works great.
