      Yeah his “rizz” is that he dated Ariana Grande for a couple months. Surprise surprise Pete never got any girls before that. No one even knew or cared who he was. Literally his whole career is based on the fact that Ariana has horrible taste in men and gave him a shot before quickly dumping him. It’s funny how fast these women get sick of him.

      @@thebatman5214 most music videos are lip synced 🤷🏼‍♀️ I can see him maybe trying to sing it and the producers being like “oh… okay Pete we got it” and throwing every sort of corrector and auto tune to make it palatable. Or maybe just maybe he actually sang it, the producer tweeked it to sound decent and threw this bit together. Either way, it fits with an interview and they took advantage of the moment lol it’s still funny regardless

    Pete being able to laugh at himself and what everyone says about him is exactly why he's so beloved. This is brilliant and brilliantly done.       @@guysumpthin2974suicide and addiction aren’t funny in themselves, but some people use dark humour as a coping mechanism, myself included. There’s no harm in coping this way, there’s always going to be someone hurt or offended by something you say or do. Him being open and making light of a serious subject has helped a lot of people not feel so alone or ostracised over a condition.

    I love that the writers strike that canceled his initial appearance also yielded this gem which could have only happened AFTER Barbie’s release, which happened AFTER Pete’s cancelled appearance, but created the perfect fodder for his post-cancelation appearance. The timing ended up being perfect. Funny how things work out that way.
    This is Pete’s moment. I truly believe that.

    This was an incredibly faithful recreation of the scene from the movie, shout out to the art department and everyone who worked hard on the choreo, wardrobe, and general vibes.     Pete has what every born artist strives for: radical acceptance of self. You can tell by how beloved he is by the people who really know him: his Staten Island crew, his comedy family, his collaborators, his mom. It’s always great to see him and this is a very good ad for his show.

      i miss pete so much. i WATCHED snl again, just for him. actually saw him briefly on that brooklyn 911 show (i think that's the name) and i was really curious about him. saw at a friends and got the name, then he showed me some snl with him. he's one of my favorite comedians.
