A week ago i got my 124018 ( my first RC car ever ) and this thing is a blast , only problem so far is a crack on one of the wheels after a crash at -7 degree so i blame the cold weather making the plastic fragile.

My favorite is the 124018
great video, we got a 144001
Got the k989 so far, had too do a home fix on the upper plastic ball end as it snapped off during a crash, can see it in the rcgroups thread on the wltoys 1:28th scales, i do have the full set of aluminium parts i'll be putting on the car too upgrade durability (haven't checked if ill need too thin down the ball ends which ill need a small file for so the suspension travel works properly on the rear hubs & front hubs.) & will be looking too gear it down due too the motor heating up a bit too much for my liking after roughly 10 minutes of running it on those 2s lipo's it's not quite comfortable too put your finger on it so I'd guess it's high 50's mid 60's.
So it is a good point too stop there.
Also need too tear down the diffs again as i need too sand down a bit of the outdrives shafts so the diffs work smoothly for more grippy surfaces at least in the front while I'll probably end up locking the rear diff for that powersliding too work evenly.
And my favorite wltoys car is the A979 monster truck

my fav wltoys has to be the wltoys a979 because its cheap and has alot of upgrade potential, The brushless kit is coming very very soon!
In my opinión, the BEST cheap RC car are 144001 BEST brushed and 124017 V2 brushless with a BEST new transmiter, run a lot

I have the the 124019 and stock mine is traveling at 23 mph. I just put a full brushless system in it with stage 3 batteries! Now the snow needs to melt.
are you sure the diffs are greased and the throttle is at max ? it should be doing 50+ km/h

I bought a 12429 (beautiful and amazing) that gave me problems a week, the problem was the engine, after disassembling it and welding some points it was perfect.
Then I bought the 124016 (Technically V2 Because it is brushles although the shock absorber column is plastic) (beautiful too) and this one I did break in 2 minutes, I started driving it slowly and then tested its speed and smashed it against the wheel of my car (I already ordered the metal parts) 😂
I'm surprised the LC Racing EMB-T didn't make the list. Everyone raves about that thing.

My favourite is the 104001 i watched your videos ordered through Crystal and have spent the last 9 months modifying it with full carbon chassis upgrade and Hobbywing EZRUN MAX 10 Brushless combo and the Savox digital Servo you used in yours SC-1258TG ! Epic 👌

I got an 124017, i loved it! when i purchase this one, I bought metal aero supports, adjustable suspension bars, blue grease, silicon oil 3000 for difs and 800 for rear shocks, and anti-roll bars.
This car is very fast, really, you should not improve this.

Version 1 coggs but version 2 has no cogging they fixed it

I have the 124019 and 104001 and would probably rate the 019 higher than the 001. The 019 is faster, cheaper, and I’d argue that it’s more durable too just by being lighter.
Surprised to see no 12427 in the list too. While it’s closer to toy grade, not as fast as others, I’ve yet to break anything on mine!

You know one transmitter can control a whole bunch of cars, You just have to turn the transmitter on and then the car I want to see somebody make a video with one transmitter and like a 100 WL toys or however many they have.. 1 ring/transmitter to rule them all!

My favorite monster truck is the Hosim 9156. That thing is a beast and can really take a bushing. My favorite Rock Crawler is the Suzuki Jimny V3 all tho with Rock Crawlers they are all much of a muchness. My friend has an XMax he paid $1000 for and he is not happy because my $180 Hosim 9156 pisses all over it. LOL. I can't wait to put a brushless motor in it and see what it will do then. I am just waiting for this one to burn out but I don't think it is going to happen any time soon because they are so good.

Recommending the 1:10 scale on place 2? Come on, everybody knows by now that this platform is utter garbage. Probably one of the worst cars wltoys has released thus far.
Wltoys are horrible to work on but yes they are fun but they do eat dog bones
