I have a question .....i have the same backpack I got it about 2016 or so. When I carry it from the top handle it now bends in like a “U”. I took it back to Chanel here on Madison Ave in NYC and they sent it in to Chanel and t=Chanel said its wear and tear. Have you seen or heard of this ? How has yours been holding up? THanks

I think they have increased the price recently for Urban Spirit backpack, and some other bags. For this backpack the price difference between 19P and 19K is around $500. I bought mini size 19P $5700 while previous season 19K is $5210. You can check the price on Chanel website.
