LOVE the new color Capucines. Congratulations. I know what you mean about black bags. I got the very first "round" of black Capucines with silver hdwre so it won't be recalled (it's looking marvelous, actually, as gorgeous as the day I got her), but sometimes I wish I'd purchased that Galet because it's so luxe and I have soooo many black bags.

I have those exact Givenchy sneakers and I use a tiny bit of baby powder on the tongue about every 5 wears for the squeaks. I'm obsessed with them and I get a ton of compliments when I wear them, love them!

Jerusha! So sorry for your losses. The strap on my pouchette metis. I hate it. I have the very first issue with the vachetta tag on the back zip pocket. I just figured they had fixed the stiff strap issue with later bags because I haven’t heard anyone else complain. I bought the wide bandoliere strap and carry as a shoulder strap or use my wide brown muatto strap for cross body. That strap that came with the bag is👎🏻. Thank you for asking about it.

I have that same Gucci cardholder and I’ve had it for about a year and there are no scratches or wear on it. I use it every day and it is in my 5 Luxury must haves video. I thought about the Broach for a while but I wanted to get the CHANEL broach first which I just got from Fashionphile. It should be in my hands tomorrow. Love your channel!

The same thing happened when I brought my capucines B.B.! The glazing was cracking and they exchanged for a new one. I was allowed to choose a different colour and galet almost made it but I opted for my original colour - classic black and gold! Nice haul!!

Ahhh! The melting glaze! That makes so much sense. I purchased a luggage tag from a gal in Australia. She didn’t mention it at the time, but when I got it, the glazing around the sides could push around like dough. It was from a Dora bag, which aren’t cheap, and she had a couple of them.
I was pissed at first, but I was like well whatever. I am not going to pick it off. Anyway, when you said that it mushes like play-doh, that is EXACTLY what that luggage tag does. It is a thick leather with a raised silver LV logo on one side. I thought it might be fake, but not now

Hi Jerusha, I purchased my lv Capucines gallet colour gold hardware in March 2015 in France. After a trip to Asia, I just noticed my Capucines glazing melted a little and transferred to the leather. As it was purchased in 2015, you think they can repair my bag for free or exchange a new one?
My artsy was cracking (the canvas) I went in and they gave me a brand new one. Mine was 5 years old and I have called and talked to everyone and they told me they could not do anything and one day I walked in to the LV store and the manager saw my bag and I told her the story and she took it and gave me on! LV won my heart once more after that 😎

The same thing happened to me with my soft lockit a few months ago with my glazing melting and since the bag is no longer made, I got store credit which I used to get a PM in cerise, a Palm Springs mini, a bandeau, and a mini pochette. I felt the same way when they told me they wanted to take my bag... I actually asked for it back and went home to think about it for a day since it was a bag that was impossible to replace and was a very sentimental bag but my new goodies softened the blow of losing that bag haha.
My sister in law got the burgundy jewel Gucci brooch and it’s soooo pretty!

Love that purse! Question, my speedy 30 gold zipper doesn't match the straps and the lock that came with it is now tarnished. I bought it from the store just 3 years ago and I rarely use it. Do you think my speedy is defective?
