Lucky to get to see it before I left out of state. That whistle is powerful in a way I hadn’t expected! I figured it’d be shrill, but it’s deep! It feels like the ground shakes, you feel it in your chest. Incredible machine!

It is the largest steam locomotive still running but not of all time. There were longer, faster, more powerful steam locomotives. I believe it ranks 4th in size.

9 to 3 today and 9 to 1pm tomorrow... why would they do these specific times none of the kids in Tarrant County would be able to see it because they're all in school how can we teach our kids the history if they're not able to stand in front of it and see it for themselves
