      Hi Dee Brown,
      Under high temperature, soda ash made of baking soda. Not sure whether limestone water can replace soda ash. But in Thailand, limestone water is a popular used for Cendol.

    Hello Lee,, gladly hear some important infos and tips for making those food that using soda ash, no wonder my pretzel never come out succesfull. what about double baking powder Lee, is it good for making pretzel? and for cendol , i would like to try with soda ash . and tell you the results.

      Baking soda or soda ash would be more appropriate compared to double baking powder for pretzel
