At this point this is just Dutch’s version of Richard Paterson throwing his first pour onto the floor. “You have to spill part of the pour to properly nose the spirit. Get in there with both nostrils. Hello. How are you?” - Dutch 2021…probably.
Who's this Ben guy?!? LOL Just kidding. Nice to see you back. FYI: RE: Jim Beam Black, it used to be 8 years (w/ a 6 year version in Asia), but has been NAS for about 6 years now.
Ben Richards? What the f********k? This is awesome! Also, great drink through. I've been wondering about a lot of those for a while. Everyone says the Distiller's Cut is readily available, but I've never seen it. Gonna really be in the hunt for it now.
Great Drinkthrough! I like it when you focus on products that everyone can actually find. Based on your previous channel, I have a couple of bottles of the exclusive, limited-time, Distiller's Cut. Also, great to see Ben back for the Jim Beam review.
Fun show. Great to see Ben back again! I had a bottle of the "Director's Cut" a while ago and loved it. Went back to get more and it was all gone. Haven't seen it again since. Great value! The flavors are big with kids and the college crowd.
Dillon"s Cut would be the newer Single Barrel that's 108 proof. The old Single Barrel was 95 proof, but honestly they both don't measure up to what the Distiller's Cut offers. Good to see the Butcher...love these Drinkthroughs!
I believe the Jim Beam black extra aged used to be called double aged with an 8 year age statement. That was one of the first whiskeys I reviewed lol Cheers guys. Awesome video!
Hell yeah...The Butcher in the house! Dillon I almost always agree with you. I always understand where you're coming from. Double Oak is so over oaked. I can't drink anything from Beam anymore. With Bardstown and Smoke Wagon and many other new selections available life is too short to drink bad whiskey.
Jim Ross Voice: By GAWD, IT'S THE BUTCHER OF BAKERSFIELD!! BEN RICHARDS, BEN RICHARDS, BEN RICHARDS!! BUSINESS IS ABOUT TO PICK UP! On a serious note, IIRC, there used to be a 7 yr old age stated white label. I'm guessing that became the black label.
Great to see the Butcher again, but where's the good Jim Beam products? You know, the Knob Creeks, Bakers, Bookers. I smell another drink through coming....
So happy to see you all together. I laughed out loud a few times. Loved it. What about Legent? Wouldn’t that still be Jim Beam? Certainly better than those last crappy four…
BTW, you need to get a hold of the Jim Beam Single Barrel @ 108 Proof. I know you don't like to review Single Barrels, but if you are chasing the high proof Beam, this is the place to be.
The Black Label used to be 8 years old, then 6 years and now is just extra aged. I can still see a lot of the miniatures with the 8y age statement here in Europe.
Wish you had the BIB and the new SiB, which are my two favorites on their own. But Black, even no longer age stated, is probably the best overall if you can only pick one and is ideal for mixing into Dr. Pepper as well. Double Oaked has the best label, especially with the updated bottle design, but I had an unpleasant first experience with it and will have to go back to see why because I too have not opened that bottle in well over a year...can't believe I'm on the same page as Dillon! As for those flavored versions...Red Stag is nothing more than a shooter during game nights up at our cottage lol.
I think the Black label used to be labeled "Double Aged" and was 8 years old. Distiller's Cut finally disappeared from KY recently and I haven't seen it in Ohio for at least a couple of years. JB Single Barrel is 108 proof but I've never tried it.
Distillers cut is the next best thing to the KC120...shame there isn't any more 12-15yr store picks...I've had some that I enjoyed more than bookers...
So this is DJILLAN’s tasting channel, special guests Dutch and Jules. He’s always right and hears nothing else but the bubbling of stewed fruit and lid popping of jam.. 🤣🙄. Get a newer JB single barrel at 108 proof those are really good!!
At this point this is just Dutch’s version of Richard Paterson throwing his first pour onto the floor. “You have to spill part of the pour to properly nose the spirit. Get in there with both nostrils. Hello. How are you?” - Dutch 2021…probably.
Excellent. Good to see Ben back in the mix.
Nice to see The Butcher join the festivities! 🥃
The gangs back together!! I’ve missed the chaos in all the videos with 4 people all trying to talk at once lol

Who's this Ben guy?!? LOL Just kidding. Nice to see you back. FYI: RE: Jim Beam Black, it used to be 8 years (w/ a 6 year version in Asia), but has been NAS for about 6 years now.
So at what point is this going to be called the “curiosity Guild”???😂😝 cheers
THE Butcher's BACK!!
"It's like my childhood - peanut butter and airplane glue..."
Bakersfield - please watch your children - Ben.
Awesome to see Ben back. Definitely going to check out his channel.
Oh man the gang is together!!!
😲🙀
This made my day 👍
Ben Richards? What the f********k? This is awesome!
Also, great drink through. I've been wondering about a lot of those for a while. Everyone says the Distiller's Cut is readily available, but I've never seen it. Gonna really be in the hunt for it now.
True! I looked a lot for the Cut but never found it. 😮
I love seeing Ben Richard's Back!
THE GUILD!!!
The Butcher! Great to see the Guild back together again.
Great Drinkthrough! I like it when you focus on products that everyone can actually find. Based on your previous channel, I have a couple of bottles of the exclusive, limited-time, Distiller's Cut. Also, great to see Ben back for the Jim Beam review.
The Butcher of Bakersfield returns to stan for his beloved Jim Beam! Love it haha
Fun show. Great to see Ben back again! I had a bottle of the "Director's Cut" a while ago and loved it. Went back to get more and it was all gone. Haven't seen it again since. Great value!
The flavors are big with kids and the college crowd.
He's back!
Great return for the Butcher of Bakersfield!
I fist-pumped when I saw Ben back. Order and balance are back in the universe.
Brought a tear to my eye
BRING BACK BEN FULL-TIME! WE MISS THE BUTCHER!
See Ben’s channel The Butcher’s Block
Made my heart smile to see ‘Da Butcher & the OG’s back 👍🏼.
Oh yeah, and there was a fantastic JB drink through (TM)….
Love it guys !
He's back....the Butcher of Friggin Bakersfield
never thought I’d watch a 50 minute video on Jim Beam. Cheers!
But it was great seeing you guy back together !!!!
I just saw an hour length feature, an automatic win for me! Thanks for the great content, amazing stuff as always 🍷
One min in.... And the band is back together
The Butcher is Back!
Ahhh what a nice surprise to see ben back
Great to see the guild together again!!!
Great drink through! Great to see Ben back in the mix, nice balance with the 4 of you.Cheers! 🥃👍🇺🇸
Dillon"s Cut would be the newer Single Barrel that's 108 proof. The old Single Barrel was 95 proof, but honestly they both don't measure up to what the Distiller's Cut offers. Good to see the Butcher...love these Drinkthroughs!
We needed Ben irate to make this right.
The band is back together!
Guild Assemble!!! This made my fucking day!!
OMG best video of the month. Ok, not fair. Best video of October + November.
Ben's shirt! I'm geeking out.
What an amazing lineup, and I'm not talking about the bourbon!
I believe the Jim Beam black extra aged used to be called double aged with an 8 year age statement. That was one of the first whiskeys I reviewed lol Cheers guys. Awesome video!
LOL. The Demon one.
Great to see the Guild together again.

Yes! The f’ing Butcher in the house! Good times
The problem with anything JB at $25 is that I can buy WT101 instead and be very satisfied.
Distiller's Cut was a 1 and done from few years ago. It was called poor man's Booker's and very good for a less than $20 bottle
BEN!!!
Welcome back ben!!!!!!!!🥂

If there were a prize for top comment, you just won! It's over!
Sadly we did NOT destroy the Spanish announcer's table! :(
@@thebutchersblock3312 no, but Dutch spilled whiskey all over it...
Great to see the Butcher again, but where's the good Jim Beam products? You know, the Knob Creeks, Bakers, Bookers. I smell another drink through coming....
The Red Stag pour! 😂
THE BUTCHER IS BACK
So happy to see you all together. I laughed out loud a few times. Loved it. What about Legent? Wouldn’t that still be Jim Beam? Certainly better than those last crappy four…
Good to see the Mighty Foursome back together!
Ben!!!!!!!!!!
The butcher!!!
Not sure of your geographic living areas, but this needs to be a regular thing.
BTW, you need to get a hold of the Jim Beam Single Barrel @ 108 Proof. I know you don't like to review Single Barrels, but if you are chasing the high proof Beam, this is the place to be.
Better y’all than me. I don’t think I could even do a smell through of these! 😆
Lol. I thought of this possibility. So funny.
Ben!!!
Please bring Ben back from time to time!
Wow hardcore....Well done guys
@curiositypublic You guys are missing out on the Jim Beam Single Barrel 108 proof!
Great stuff. Could you guys please put up the stats on the bottles in these drink-throughs? It’s easy to get lost.
The Butcher isssss Baccccckkkk! 🪓 🥩🥃
1:03 Dillons O face 😂

Oh my God... I love that Ben's here... I hope he keeps that butcher crap to himself.
The Butcher of Bakersfield!!
This was hilarious lol. You guys should do a drinkthrough with Crown royal and the different flavors someday
Still watching, I thought you guys were going to pull out old tub too
They also have the newer 108pf single barrel.. btw, new Total Wine coming to San Diego in Mission Valley East where the old Office Depot was located
@@GregD87 Wow - interesting news about Total Wine! We actually had the single barrel on set and completely forgot about it!
There's also Jim Beam Bonded, which is not terrible.
That's on me - I have a bottle and forgot it :/ Sorry!!!

Ben's t shirt is bad ass!
I drank Jim Beam Honey after my last day at the job with the boss from hell! Puking sick the next day and have not bought it since.
I agree, Jim Beam is better at higher proofs. The 108 single barrel would have been a good addition instead of the flavored ones lol.
exactly. The 108 is really pretty good for the price.
Distillers cut is the next best thing to the KC120...shame there isn't any more 12-15yr store picks...I've had some that I enjoyed more than bookers...
Without Ben the channel is weak. Long live the butcher!
Looks like Jim Beam is fighting liqour for dillion lmao
your missing the single barrel 108 proof 😐, is really tasty that is the one to drink 🥃🤘🤓
We miss you Ben!!!!!!!!
where was the newer Beam Single Barrel 108 ? you can find it for less than $30.
Hate to think how much these cost on secondary.
Yes
Where is the jim beam 108?
HOLY SHIT THE PLOT TWIST
Why the heck does Dillion look for jam all the time? Not every bottle is going to taste like jam!
The butcher of Bakersfield!!!!!!
So this is DJILLAN’s tasting channel, special guests Dutch and Jules. He’s always right and hears nothing else but the bubbling of stewed fruit and lid popping of jam.. 🤣🙄. Get a newer JB single barrel at 108 proof those are really good!!
Dillon’s cut would be more like 175 proof.
@324 but you love the 🌰 😂
Where is Old Tub??
All I can say is that Jim Beam Apple is vomit in a bottle.
O kurwa !!! Tego pana sie nie spodziewałem 😱😁😁😁😁😁
Dylan bossed up.
I can’t believe you guys didn’t realize the fruit stuff is for college girls who want to get drunk
