Big Frog 65 2024 | 65 mile MTB race in Copperhill, Tennessee

Big Frog is a 65-plus-mile race with 9000+ ft of elevation change at the heart of Copperhill, Tennessee. The course is more or less split half/half between singletrack and gravel/double track. The trails are not technical or difficult and without grueling, long climbs. The course goes up and down throughout making it more manageable, but that doesn't mean easy. Many parts of the single track were kind of slippery, which made it interesting. There is a river crossing I wanted to ride, but after finishing I saw pictures of some riders crashing pretty bad in there (extremely slick) so thankfully I didn't try.
Finished in 6 hours and 21 minutes.
