Yes! Clorinde overload is NOT a top strongest team on sheet DPS or most people’s list. It’s my subjective take based on my testing mixing comfort, multi wave, single target, AOE, etc. if you disagree that’s totally fine. It’s my subjective opinion as it consistently finishes every abyss the second fastest of all of mine teams. But it’s just my take, not my vote for the official second best team :) yes lots of other teams do more damage objectively. And yes, xiao objectively should be top 5 but idk mine just doesn’t clear well enough 😅 I’ll work on it. what team are you super mad that didn't make the list? Also yes Thoma should be noblesse not tenacity* oops
What are 4 most used characters? I have him and hydro archon at c0 but can’t decide who to put in other 2 slots. Fairly certain Jean will be in one slot. Thinking shielder or Lisa for other slot.

I think for sure, that the most F2P friendly team pyhsically possible is definetly Nilou bloom. Without having to worry about character replacement, crit stats or anything, simply relying on main stats only, you just need to stack Nilou with HP, you only need EM and some ER on Dendro Traveler and Collei, stack Barbara with EM, and you have the best AOE, insane single target and perfect multi wave team.
Most f2p friendly team possible is hyperbloom though. You don't even need a 5 star And no with that copium team, it's not "the best aoe, insane single target and perfect multiwave team"
My argument against Chevreuse Clorinde would be her F2P performance. The damage decrease from signature to R5 finale is around 30%. Since this team heavily relies on her personal damage, more than aggravate, you’ll notice this downgrade a lot. And like you mentioned C6 Chevreuse is a myth
Eh honestly almost every team needs charecters at c6 or above xiaos team needs c6 faruzan and 2 five stars neuvilette hypercarry if he’s c0 needs Litterally all 5 stars arlechinno vape needs 2 five stars unless your going xiniqiu from stuff I’ve seen electro. Charecters require the least amount of money or primogems needed to get the job done
@@arminkir9389 not particularly, i can agree 5 stars are the foundation for a good team but needing c6 4 stars isnt true, my arle team is my best team and she nas for around 150-170k and shes c0r0 w homa with c0r0 supports excluding yelan who has sig which is a signature that only impacts personal damage and not supportive capabilities. my nilou team preforms perfectly with no c6 supports and no sigs, i dont have c6 fischl and my keqing team can clear only back on that is she has haran, and a bunch of other things, they are luxury for sure but for all intents and purposes c6s isnt something you need. for characters like xiao and wanderer yea they do kinda need c6 faru for the most but thats kinda on them being mid characters independently than it needing the c6s fault. theres a plethora of teams where cons dont matter and as a f2p player who can merc abyss with no struggle cons arent a need.
Agree 100%. I do not even have a chance to notice the difference between Clorinde's signature and FotD just because I only have FotD. My Chevreuse is C0, my Thoma is C1, my Fischl is C1. With the Gladiator's set, my Clorinde team needs about 2 minutes to clear Floor 12-1-1. Complete F2P, 1.5 years of playing every day, by the way.
@@arminkir9389 the difference is c0 5* is still much easier to get than c6 4*. not to mention Chevreuse has been on 1 banner. Unless you whaled or saved up a lot on Raiden/Yoimiya banner chances are you don't have c6 Chevreuse.
LOVE seeing Clorinde so high, and love that its your personal take above anything else. For me what you described with Aggravate vs Overload Clorinde i personally find a none issue when using Kirara, its really smooth and easy with her, you just reapply skill around same frequency you are bursting with clorinde, but if i had C6 Chevreuse i'm sure i'd be enjoying both! I'm totally with you that VV can be annoying, it was overpowered for so long but happily there are good alternatives now.
I'm using this in the Fontaine GT/Marecheusse domain: Neuvi - Furina - Qiqi - Clorinde It might not be super meta elsewhere but it's beautiful for that domain

The moment I saw Clorinde in the fontaine trailer last summer, I knew she was gonna be my main forever. Coincidentally, she was my first double I ever got, and both were 50/50 and early!
Neuvilette will be the one onfield almost the entire time, and he absolutely doesn't need a healer. He can self sustain himself easily. Wouldn't the healer role be wasted in a Neuv team?
@@aashishhumagain2559 Depends, while he can self sustain he's usually paired with furina and yes he can fulfill the ff stacks by himself somewhat but it'd be better to have a whole team heal like baizhu, and she's going to be pyro so neuvi could get a few vaporizes

Still find it fascinating how wildly your experience with Clorinde Overload differs from everyone else. I skipped her because it was so hammered in "Nahida or Nothing". Now, I'm a c6 Chevy owner, I use her a ton with Raiden and Yoimiya, I did first half this abyss with Yoi/Chevy/Beidou/Bennett, so I do know the power of that, but it's just interesting, I don't know that I've seen anyone else replicate your clears, but yours are ... right there.

I don't opt for Nahida with her often, Aggravate specifically doesn't need or even want that much Dendro, people just hyperfocus archons too much sometimes or trying to come up with what are essentially falseflags to discourage people from wanting characters they otherwise would like. Regarding Nahida in aggravate, honestly Kirara with C4 or higher is much snappier, better rotationally and in multiwave, and fixes stagger issues at same time while buffing EM for whole team.
I mean clorinde performs extremely well in just pure electro charge with furina too, which no other electro dps can really do. It was never Nahida or nothing.
I have a SINGLE chev from the standard banner and the Clorinde overload team slaps so hard 😭 nobody talks about this team and I have no idea why it’s legit all I’ve been using since her banner release

Don't worry, Wanderer, you'll have a Top 5 team when Dottore drops with an elemental burst that allows the active character to ignore the atk speed cap and deal bonus damage on-hit (and also heals and gives interruption resistance for some reason)
@@ednatopg3074 i,m a xiao main since his 2nd rerun, xiao dmg potential is worse than wanderer at base, he can only fit there with high investment suports, at the same time he doesn't have any flexibility, his praised AOE doesnt work becouse plunge knocks back the foes and degroup them, and to complete, he doesn't have any self vertical invest after the other 5* c3, to me overall xiao should never be praised like all the xiao > neuvilette comunnity does
If skill wouldn't be an issue (shouldn't usually be an issue this late in game) international is the best comp in the game. Childe, Xiangling, Kazuha and Bennett are just cracked together. Single target, AoE, waves, multiple enemies you name it and theyll speed run it 😂

11:10 No.2 Chlorinde overload. Based! My clorinde teams are as strong as my arlecchino teams. I'm not coping, the clear times are almost identical. Sadly her best team is quicken (with other broken chrs like fischl and nahida) and her dmg is balanced around that, so her personal dmg is a bit on the lower side compared to arle, hutao etc.. but the team dmg is almost identical or more in some cases. Definitely not as bad as everyone makes her out to be.
I have a team idea if you’re interested in testing it. It’s yae miko, baizhu, furina, and neuvillete. The rotations go in the same order as the list. I call it “hot people hyperbloom”. Because yae is the one triggering any hyperblooms that end up appearing, you must stack a ton of elemental mastery on her. As long as everyone else in the team is built properly it works extremely well. You just use everyone’s skills, then their bursts, swap until you get to neuvillete, go power washer mode, and watch the results.
@@LiterallyJustAnActualPotato yae is honestly the only flex slot in the team so it works just the same way. If I’m being honest it’s probably better in some scenarios because Lisa has more aoe to hit dendro cores. The only reason I use yae is because she’s my favorite 😭
I used that free 10 pull on the Nilou banner, I got her and a copy of the legendary Kaveh, I'm excited for the pyro Archon, Himeko finally makes her way to Genshin.
Pyro archon isn't a guarantee for clorinde, she has a 3k soft cap on attack scaling, anything above that her scaling is cut in half... and pyro in general is known to be the attack based element.
If she does some off field damage and or like with more recent characters, namely archons, can fit into rotations more readily (the trend of longer durations then CDs that we never had until Nahida, that Furina continues with) then she could still lift the team up, also its worth noting at C6 Chevreuse herself as well as obviously Fischl both contribute fair share of damage, so even if Clorinde doesn't get giga buffed the same way the team itself could benefit greatly, but who knows until we get said archon! Also the whole reason Bennet doesn't come into play is because of Circle impact, he uniquely doesn't work that well with Clorinde because of it. So if she can do anything like him with maybe some off field damage potential, let alone some sort of if-dehya-was-powerful style burst(/C6 Dehya) then that could potentially fit nicely with Clorinde and her overload team.
Genshin doesn't release straight up powercreep in every single aspect, what is likely to happen is she will give half the bennett attack buff, and then mix in with insane off field pyro damage or other crit buffs.
Realisticly speaking without Bennet it is really hard to get over 3000 ATK even in overload teams and we still don't exactly know what the pyro archon will do, even if she give a bunch of ATK it is possible thet her off-field damaeg will just make her still the best team-mate for Clorinde because currently she only can use Thoma well who only give her at C6 15% damage bonus on her NAs.
@@cybersaber877 yess you are right, it did start with any of the other archons but it didn't become as noticeable until it was way more major parts of their kit that benefitted thus my mistake. I guess if you played lots of hyperbloom with raiden its noticeable, "major" but i never went for that. With zhongli its major but the way his kit is one expects it to be and never really think about it
my best teams r just international, double hydro tao and hyperbloom cuz i don't got no none of these new fancy units 🥲 that being said, they're still consistently clearing abyss for me fortunately. and now that i have furina I'll prolly mess around playing tf faruzan or some other goofy comps 😂
Just a question, isn't raiden just as good if not better in chevreuse overload teams (raiden chev benny xiangling) especially with the infinite ir i think that would be the case. Just to be clear i dont either of the chars, well i dont even own chev 😂. This is purely what i have heard/seen.
Raiden helps the whole team too with ER and as you mentioned the resistance to interpretation But chlorine is pure dps so her own personal dmg is high(if you consider both being C0) So i don't know either
In my experience they are very close in Overload teams. I have Raiden C2 and Clorinde C3, Raiden use Scarlet Sand and Clorinde use Haran. My Raiden still clear faster, mostly because Raiden Overload team is just better then Clorinde's. She have access to better characters, simple as.

Chev overload but with raiden or yae is my strongest team, and like he mentioned, the other slots are pretty flexible. An actually great team that's almost never mentioned is [Hu Tao burgeon with kirara c4], which a lot more people are likely to have after this summertime event and banner, which both have kirara featured
@@maevethefox5912 double hydro, kirara, hu tao. Nahida should work but it has the limitation of having to swap out to reapply skill on the new wave, plus kirara shield has the extra effectiveness vs the dendro dmg coming in from the burgeon explosions so I prefer her.
For Navia Plunge Bennett can also be really good as a flex, if youre like me and dont have any other geos built. I dont know how it looks on paper, but in practice it works perfectly fine and can 36* :)
surprising that Raiden National doesnt even have an honorable mention considering it exists mostly of easily obtainable four star characters while the rest of your team comps are made up of mostly five star characters. Strongbox throughout 4.0 has taken my Raiden National team to a whole nother level that is difficult to replicate with others teams due to the heavy lifting strongbox has done.
Because it doesnt. Nobody who didnt start in 1.X has easy access to those 4* characters. For anyone that started since 3.0 those characters are like every other 4* with the exception that you can slowly buy them from the shop should you decide to value a con of a character that could be on a banner you pull from over 6 wishes towards another 5*. National teams are just bait for non veterans at this point because their output isnt even impressive anymore at top investment compared to simply pulling good 5*s and supporting those and newer players wont have the investment required to make national work over just building 1 strong 5*.
Raiden main here - the 4 stars are pretty easily accessible, but frankly c0r0 Rational just ... isn't a strong team. It's a FINE team, you can certainly clear with it, but it's not really on that power level. Now, C3R1 sure, then we're on that list, I crush anything in 30 seconds or less, especially if Yelan replaces XQ, but that's ... well, I guess as I talk myself out of it, c3r1 Raiden is no harder to get than R1 Neuvi/Zhongli/Furina/Kazuha.
@@shaylam6344it's because no one is farming nymphs dream until it comes to the strongbox, and then suddenly childe national will get a bump again since it'll be more efficient to get that perfect set (which you really need to get cracked output)
Nymphs is sub 5+% on tartag who is around 40% of internat. Its a 2% total dps up. A much better way to upgrade your international is replacing bennet or tartag with Neuvellete Its not Neuvelletes best team , but its sure as hell the best international. @@pr0ntab
For consistency I would run xinqiu because he provides 53% dmg res and unlike yelan who needs rng to vape arlecchinos first hit xinqiu orbitals allow for more consistency allowing for more fronloaded damage because the first hit does the most damage.
I've been using quickbloom (Furina, Nahida, Fischl) Clorinde but considering she's C2R1, I'm considering switching to overload. How do you build your Thoma and how would you say she compares to quickbloom in overload?
Tighnari Catalyse (Tighnari-Yae Miko-Nahida-Yaoyao(or Zhongli)) is the best team ever. Kuki Shinobu is also good in this team as you get 2 electro character bonus, extra electro damage and heal. But as Tighnari plays from far ,Kuki's electro is not the greatest option in here. But Yaoyao does both healing and dendro damage so well
I've been using clorinde with a non c6 chevruse just because of thoma and dehya. On a controller, the game doesn't let me turn the camera fast enough to keep up with clorindes dashes. So half the time, I can't see the enemy making avoiding getting hit in aggrevate very hard. without furina or dehya, her self healing doesnt feel like enough to just eat hits. And her short field time makes getting staggered feel awful.
i got lucky with a c2 nahida with yaes weapon. my top team is dps nahida. she does insanely good damage and still provides immense buffs to the whole team. team consists of: nahida furina (top choice) / yelan / xingqiu kuki shinobu (top choice) / fischl baizhu (top choice) / kokomi / bennet with the top picks, the whole team is so comfortable that it doesnt matter how you apply your rotations. with the rest, you gotta make sure yelan and bennet / baizhu combos keep their uptimes as best as possible. this team covers all bases: aoe in nahidas e, single target in hyperbloom (buffed by nahida aswell), buffing in furina and baizhu (or the other flex slots), and rotation comfort. although there are a lot of 5 stars in the mix that make this team strong, you can do it more f2p and c2 is not necessary. genuinely do not pass up on a dps nahida if you can do it, you wont regret it.
I got Clorinde c1 with a Lucky 1 pull+her weapon. She really is AMAZING in AOE. i love that u added this rotation, as I've been trying to see whats the best team with her Cooldown and want a good rotation. IDK if I'm gonna build Thoma, but I just might since we're going to Natlan and he could prove to be useful there as well as this team. I think Clorinde is one of my top characters in Fontaine alongside Neuvillette and Arlecchino. I love her.

Tips for VV Vape. Setup: Yelan EQ / Yelan Q - Bennett Q - Kazuha hold E - Pyro main DPS. For arle, obviously starts with arle E The setup works for Arle and Yoimiya for normal gameplay. Hu Tao needs hydro swirled burst for consistency or apply more hydro before her rotation starts, otherwise you want Yelan C2 which is why the team isn't effective on her unless for sweaty spender speedruns. Kazuha's burst isn't really needed during setup. Sure, arle is broken to the point that you probably don't need to double swirl properly, but it's not hard to use to make her even stronger. Use kaz burst to assist characters that need more AoE, like his burst + Yoi's burst for first wave of 12-1-1 for example. Your solution for yoi is like, baizhu 2 hydro's burgeon on kenki abyss, which is awful. It hurts to see arle having proper teams like zl vape or vv vape while you said yoi's best team is baizhu double hydro, which is probably the worst 5* team option for both DPSes... Arle and yoi literally benefit from similar teams while yoi benefits more from ranged sub dps (fischl) and arle benefits from melee supps (candace, or even kaeya at some point)
Actually, there're some more worth mentioning team including vaporize Lyney (feature Furina Kazuha and Bennett, hard to manage, but is of the strongest team in the entire game with high DPS on single target and work just fine in other scenario), Nilou (really niche, but is the strongest in that niche, and hit crazy number assuming 3+ enemies wave is spawn), Xiao plunge (with 2+ enemies on stage, Xiao alongside Furina Xianyun and Faruzan is a true beast, considering he was a solid character back then, but now I do think Xiao is one of the strongest character, just not as meta breaking as Neuvilette or Arlechino)
2nd place should be Nahida, Furina, Yae, and Baizhu. The afk team is the easiest way to clear anything with NO worries since everyone has permanent uptime (it's also super fun using Baizhu as a driver)
For ST 5. Navia hyper (high investment) 4. Raiden double hydro 3. Hu Tao plunge or VV vape 2. Alhaitham HB 1. Arlecchino vape For AoE 5. Xiao 4. Bloom 3. Internat 2. Lyney (in scenarios where the waves are not too separated) 1. Neuvillette
Bruh Xiao in his best team has disgusting single target damage, very good aoe and is very great against waves of enemies, he definitely is in the top 5 and could even be argued to be in the top 3.
@@Doki_LP I thought about that but I didnt want to add the same team in both categories, since now Xiao can be used without bennett I chose to add him in the AoE one, now you have more freedom to move around than before
In my opinion Clorinde deserves to be in top 5, however I believe her strength above other characters in the game doesn't lie in buffing her personal damage, rather her ability to quickly spam so many reactions, I personally found dendro and then hydro to be a bit better than the overload, the nahida fischl flex comp in particular gave me the impression that there's nothing in the game that can make me grasp just how strong the rotation is with how fast everything dies midway through
I might have severe skill issue or something, but I feel like my xiangling 4 star national or international performance is better than arlecchino sadge (I think she's benched for now but she'll get her comeback with natlan archon trust)
Just a tip: Neuvillette hyperbloom with Raiden as hyperbloom driver is one of best single target teams in the whole game, its just so much better than hypercarry in single target scenarios
Oh hey, someone else who enjoys Clorinde Overload like me. Nice. I agree. I squeezed every freemogem out of the game that I could and got finally got her on the last hours of the last day. I got her signature weapon in a couple of rolls on the first day, though. I also somehow grinded out a great set of her BiS artifacts so that she has 99.8% Crit Rate while she's using her skill with Crit DMG at 220.6% to take advantage of. I built Thoma specifically for her and had him C6 for years, an unleveled Kitain Cross Spear collecting dust and 4 extra polearm billets just waiting to be used. I didn't feel like grinding Noblesse or 2PC HP% and heard Emblem could always work if you got lucky on sub-stats, so I built him on ER/HP/HP Emblem and got exactly the sub-stats he needed to always get his burst and have an even stronger shield and even do decent personal damage. Works wonders. Chevy? I don't have her C6, only C2. But I've used her all the time anyways and haven't had any issues at all destroying stuff in Abyss in Overload teams with her and adding Clorinde is no exception, so if C4 and C6 are really that huge of upgrades, I can't wait to see how much better she ends up buffing everyone if mine already does great at C2. I'm a long time player who's rolled on almost every banner, so I've got a lot of Electro options. Here's the kicker, though. Fischl does great and I enjoyed that. Beidou was the choice I was excited for and that worked super well. Better than FIschl in AoE scenarios, in fact. Kuki somehow did better than both and ended up being the second best choice. Guess cause of Gilded Dreams and tons of EM? I dunno, honestly. But because I like to have extra ways to hit things really REALLY hard, I decided to have fun and put my C3R1 Raiden Shogun on there for even easier energy and a hard-hitting frontloaded burst before going back to Chevy. It's honestly really fun to bully HP sponge Abyss enemies with because my Clorinde already hits stupidly hard and just in case the enemy isn't dead or something else spawned just as her skill time ended, Ei just shows up and slices a good chunk of their HP with one hit and their either gone or about to be. Sometimes even lets me save everyone's bursts for the next chamber if I decided to just combo with her and kill after. Every Electro option I had worked in this slot incredibly well and deleted everything in their path in seconds, but unsurprisingly, she worked the best. UNGA BUNGA is always best. I think Overload and Aggravate Clorinde are both great on her, but enjoy Overload more thanks to Thoma giving her a comfy way to be protected and have access to Pyro. I'm fully with you. Easily the most fun Electro DPS team in the game to me. I did, however, just get C4 Kirara, so now I wanna see if that makes any difference in an Aggravate team similar to Thoma or not.
Neuvillette, Kazuha, Furina, baizhu : my favorite team, broke the game for me. They were sooooo strong even when half the team was underleveled ( like super underleveled, I got furina and baizhu last and had enough materials to get them to lv 50 before I had to farm again, they were still easily usable against lv 90 enemies on the team)
My Clorinde team has just 1 difference replacing thoma with Dehya (i got her C2 cause, Dehya) And honestly she got better with more constellation (plus giving rather the same resistance uptime while having better pyro damage (when you do need it)) also love how this team works against basically anything not pyro or electro resistant. Surprisingly do well in AoE floors too (like you clear the mobs before they get the chance to fly away from you so) Eversince chevruse and i got clorinde, it’s nilou bloom for one half and the other for overload clorinde
My comfort team is surprisingly xiao-furina-faruzan-xianyun I know xiao isn't quite popular rn. But as a mobile player the just jump and plunge combo is very easy to do, and the only trick to it is just count your plunge. The downside to it is just trying to replace furina in other team.
Jello, regarding the Clorinde's team. In my opinion, Dehya is not a cope option. First and foremost, her interrumotion resistance is not that of a downgrade. And also, her off field pyro application is considered skill dmg, so she can make good use of tenacity's 20% extra atk buff. Whereas Thoma's pyro ticks are considered ult dmg, so he can't trigger that bonus, only during the first 3 seconds after using his skill. So you can put noblesse on Chevreuse and Tenacity triggering all the time on Dehya, and it's basically a permanent 40% extra atk bonus just from artifacts set.
My best teams going into Natlan are; Furina, Sigewinne, Fischl, Kazuha. A simple yet really strong taser team. Nahida, fischl, Neuvi/Sigewinne, Kazuha. My main team for most content because Nahida is best girl and Nuevi is just too strong. Arle, Xingqiu, Bennett, Kazuha. Its one of the strongest teams so I obviously like it. This will be my first n.0 patch (I joined in 4.2) so I may not have the best teams but I am certainly prepared and hyped for this next year of Genshin.
I know cryo isn’t close to meta right now, but what’s your favorite cryo team? As a biased Ganyu main I’d obviously have to go with Ganyu melt, though when the right conditions are met, Ganyu freeze can also be a blast

with c1 neuvillette you can even swap zhongli with Barbara since her skill gives 15% hydro dmg bonus + heals (better than nothing) for furina hp drains and has the revive for abyss, or you can use sayu or Jean for the full team heal
Clorinde is probably the only placement i dont understand here over something like international. "Clorinde has good AoE" yeaa.... no. Especially not in Overload. The thing with Neuvilettes linear AoE is that u can move in any direction you want to adjust the angle of it. Good luck doing that with clorinde with her 7.5s of uptime. Also, idk how the fact that overload literally f up ur grouping/enemy alignment managed to get pass u. U can literally see in the gameplay u put in the background that she is not even hitting both enemies most of the times and this is a very ideal enemy line up for her too cuz all the enemies here are resistant to stagger. That Clorinde placement sounded like pure copium ngl.
He said it's "kind of biased" but for me it's more like "too bias". His explanation of her strength has so much "if" in it that clearly shows her weaknesses.

Ive also had countless times where I almost pulled my hair out whenever I try to play Clorinde overload in AoE situations with less forgiving enemies. U don't even have kazuha to help u with grouping + ur AoE is linear and nowhere near as flexible or predictable as Neuvilette + ur activitly ungrouping enemies due to Overload. I cannot in good faith say to someone that a team like that has good AoE.
Clorinde in the second half of the abyss with Fischl, Furina, and Baizhu is by far my best and most comfy team... It's the only team that can clear it for me honestly... I tried ayato fischl Kazuha Kokomi and they just couldn't break the fing shields fast enough for some reason
My favorite and # 1 team is Arlecchino Chevreuse Fischl Bennett Even tho I get more damage with Arle vape, Arle overload is amazing!! Everything just disappears in seconds. The only Down side is that Arlechino is a little fragile but doesn't matter if you wiped out all the enemies before they even hit you.
My personal top 5 teams are: 5# Navia Bennett Xiangling Zhongli plunge Navia is nice and powerful but since I'm a mobile player and my phone lags a bit I I prefer the comfy option, once I get a new phone for gaming (not the character 💀) though I will test Navia plunge more. 4# Xiao Faruzan Xianyun Furina when I say that this team is absolute bonkers I mean it, but to make it work you need to have sooooooo many expensive things like PJWS or SoH, Faruzan C6, Xianyun and Furina, it's a really expensive team but if you get everything he will never disappoint, the only reason he is 4# and not above is because he is so expensive but with everything he can outdamage numerous teams in a lot of variations, he "shines" both in single-target and AoE-target situations with the right enemies, kinda hard to play if you're mobile like me and might confuse jump with NA sometimes but you'll get used to it with proper training. 3# Hu Tao Furina Yelan Xianyun yes the Hu Tao plunge, I have been a Hu Tao lover since I started back in 2.1 and a main since I got her but that's not the reason I put her higher than Navia and Xiao, she is just sooooo powerful if you play her right, her AoE sucks, she is mostly the single-target character but her damage is crazy even with low investment, all you need is a 4pcs marechaussee hunter if you don't wanna farm crimson, a decent Xianyun with good er and atk and Furina with Yelan on an ok split and that team shines in the right situations. Yelan can be replaced with Xingqiu but he doesn't benefit from the hydro resonance, his interruption res is nothing special on that team since you're plunging and the damage reduction is nothing when you have a healer on the team with Furina increasing their healing bonus, let alone his personal damage is worse and he doesn't have any passives increasing the on-fielders damage like Yelan, overall he is fine but Yelan is way better. #2 Raiden Bennett Xiangling Furina don't hate me for placing it so high but I absolutely love that team, ever since Furina replaced Yelan and Xingqiu it has been SUCH A MONSTERTRUCK, demolishes everything both in single-target and AoE-target situations, the damage is amazing considering recharging teammates is so easy with Raiden so you can focus on building crit on everyone and it's easy to play and doesn't need high investment with expensive stuff, everything is perfect, I managed to clear the recent 12-1-1 with that team in 60-65s with a C0 Raiden and that goes to show how much people have underrared her, but to be fair I have a top 6% Raiden on Cyno's sig and a top 9% Furina on the pipe so yeah kinda deep into everything but even without that much investment it can be a crazy team to play, I've fallen in love with it ever since I tried it. 1# Neuvi Furina Kazuha Zhongli C'mon we all know it that team is just goated both in damage and AoE, it's the goat. Note: I didn't place Arle because 1: I don't have her on my main and 2: she hasn't reruned 2 or more times like all the other characters I talked about but if I had to place her somewhere I'd put her above Hu Tao and remove Navia. These are my personal favorite teams to run and play because they are so powerful and fit into a lot of/every situation, there has been no abyss that I can't 36 star with these, they all are and will be powerful even in the future when we get characters that will completely powercreep them.
neuvi hypercarry is almost certain to improve with the pyro archon not because of her innate kit but because of the buffs the 5.0 artifact set provides (50% elemental dmg bonus?) and she may even enable him to vape sometimes depending on her pyro app/icd so teams with c2 furina/c1+ neuvi won't need the baizhu/zhongli slot and be able to use a fully offensive setup
So I just got Yelan today and I was so happy because I needed another hydro character. My team idea is Nahida, Clorinde, Yelan, and a free space. First of all who do you think should be the free space? I want some healing so I thought Charlotte because I have her built, but using her wouldn’t be ideal with Nahida. Then maybe Kuki. Y’all’s choice though. The rotation would go like this: Nahida skill, Yelan skill, Kuki skill, Clorinde skill. Once Clorinde skill goes on cooldown I probably have my bursts. Nahida burst, Nahida skill, Yelan skill, Yelan burst, Kuki ult, Kuki skill, Clorinde skill ult then dash and repeat. So does that sound good? I would really appreciate a suggestion for the free space character because I don’t have Kuki built yet. I don’t have any 5 star healers btw
clorinde doesn’t really need a healer, more she needs a shield. Same with any of the other characters, so i think a shielder like zhongli, layla, maybe thoma and kirara would work pretty well as a flex spot. if you wanna do crowd control, Kazuha
I use Neuv, Kazuha, Raiden, Furina basically everywhere. Raiden + Furina means I can ask if I wanted, then I swirl with Kazuha and everything dies. Anything that survives gets stomped by Neuv, and if I ever feel like popping off anime style Raiden has a delete button on standby. Such a fun team 😁
Theatre Buff is making my Arlecchino insane at the moment. I had sacrificed some attack for better crit on her artifacts, so I'm really going to notice when it switches back at the end of the month Interesting list- I'm 100% on board with the mashing & I do use the Neuv team I also love Chev overload teams, even though my Chevreuse is only C0. Don't use Chlorinde for it though- found her too hard to control on mobile & didn't pull. I tend to use Dehya and Yae/Raiden and/or Arle. My current favourite is Arle with Bennett, Zhongli & Navia- not optimal but I find it fun
Neuvillette's best setup is obviously him, furina, kazuha and zhongli/baizhu but I personally prefer using jean and zhongli because its comfy and it frees up kazuha and lets me pair him with Arlecchino.
It's rare that when I pay rhe test characters I immediately thinking "I'm pulling them for sure" but that's what I thought when I played Navia, her play style is just sooo easy. I use her with the event super mega magic claymore r5. She slaaays!
For me it's Wriothesley/Furina/Xiangling/Bennett , Childe/Xiangling/Bennett/Kazuha, Yelan/Xingqiu/Nahida/Kuki, Navia/Xiangling/Bennett/Zhongli, Neuvillette/Furina/Jean/Zhongli, Al-Haitham/Yae/Nahida/Zhongli (in order of pure favoritism). See the problem? It is almost ALWAYS BENNY XIANGLING!!! I also like Wriothesley/Xingqiu/Kazuha/Kaeya, it's just not for recent abysses, still my comfort team. Even though I have other characters (Arlecchino, Ayaka, Ganyu, Raiden, standarts) I just don't enjoy playing them. And a lot of other characters I just don't have and not planning to get except maybe for Xianyun.
7:34 xingqiu or C6 candace my top 5 teams (from a pure f2p experience) - neuvillette teams (neuv, flex, flex, flex as long as neuvillete can get his stacks) - hyperbloom teams (dendro, hydro, electro, flex: even with DMC as the dendro this team absolutely carries my f2p all 4-star 36-star clears) - national team core (bennett, xiangling, flex, flex: one of most accessible team and can be customized from navia teams, mono pyro teams, chevreuse overload, melt teams, burning teams, or the good old reverse vape teams like childe international. I know its kinda cheating but this is my list and i can make up my own rules 🤣) - Soup, Curry, Oven (these are like the little sisters or brothers of hyperbloom, look them up if you're curious) - Xiao Premium team (Furina Xianyun Xiao Faruzan) some teams are not here like Arlecchino, Navia teams is cause i straight up don't have those characters and i don't have enough experience clearing abyss with those chars
For me at least if I make an objective tier list, It would look like: 1. Neuvillette, Furina, Kazuha, Flex 2. International 3. Arlecchinno, Yelan, Kazuha, Flex 4. Al Haithem Quickbloom 5. Nilou Bloom/ Xiao, Furina, Xianyun, Faruzan That is the list where it makes it fair and very justified for people to recommend
Currently my favourite team in the game is: Raiden (C2), Nahida, Furina and Xianyun/Jean. Easy set-ups, smooth rotations (thanks to Raiden), big dmg in ST and Aoe, steamrolls everything in the game except maybe Abyss lectors
I've skipped both *Neuvilette* and *Arlecchino* for being *too strong* / making things too easy~ XD From the teams that I've access to, my _Top Three_ would be: 1. *Quickbloom Raiden* _[+Yelan, Baizhu & Kazuha]_ 2. *Hyperbloom Furina* _[+Sigewinne, Nahida & Yae]_ and 3. *Hypercarry Xiao* _[+Faruzan, Xianyun & Zhongli]._
I have 2 teams that's my equivalent of "That's it, I'm getting me mallet!" and it's my Kokomi mono Hydro. It's C1 Kokomi, C2 Furina, C0 Yelan and C0 Kazuha, the survivability is great, the lack of worrying about energy is great and it's adjustable with my C6 Xinqiu if I need interruption resistance. The other team though, my GOATed team... Raiden Overload. C2 Raiden is my most built character, she's such a monster, I throw on C6 Xiangling, C6 Chevreuse, and C5 Bennett. It's so cheap cause it's only a single 5 star, the healing is crazy, the buffing is crazy and I've never struggled against a boss with this team.
My personal top 5: 1) Any Nahida team (I main her) 2) Raiden electro-charged or Overload 3) Any Arleccihno Team (Overload/Mono/Vape) 4) Newly obtained Nilou Team 5) Neuvilette Honourable Mentions: Ayaka Freeze (when I can) & Wanderer w/ C6 Faru. I also just got Navia so I'll be looking forward to try her soon.
i usually play arlecchino furina bennet kazuha, if you double swirl correctly, and make the kazuha ult hydro, you can vape as much as you will on a arlecchino xingquiou bennet kazuha team,but with the insane buff of furina (i have her c2) (even if you aren able to hydro infuse the kazuha ult, you dont lose too much dmg, bc you can reverse vape the furina hits)
- Overload > Arlecchino / Fisch-YaeC2 / Chevreuse C6 / Benny C6. Yae is more flexible than Fischl thanks to her non-snapshottable EQ which makes rotation easier and great dmg from burst. - Quickbloom > Yae (C2 best) / Nahida / Furina / Baizhu TTDS + 4PC noble. People sleep on Kokomi hyperbloom. 4th flex can be Yelan or Fishcl, but my go to is Furina. If you play around Kokomis jellyfish, hyperbloom becomes AoE. Each enemy gets their own dedicated blooms. This needs Nahida though. Raiden is better than Kuki here in some scenarios, when you can get the enemies to group a bit tighter
im planning to pull for yelan on her next rerun. With her i also have the idea of playing a hyperbloom (nahida, raiden, yelan, xin), do i loose a lot if I play raiden emblem on field? I love her and want to actually "use" her, and i dont want to build her EM
Do you have kuki? I love my raiden but she rly needs em for this team and I use her on other teams as a dps. It works I guess but you’re losing out on rly good dmg. If you have kuki shinobu she is amazing and she heals, just put full em on her and level her to 90 and that’s all you need to do with her, highly recommend!!
Raiden is my favorite too And i play her full EM over world, domains etc With nahida, furina, xinque/kazuha Just for fun But kuki heal is just better in this team Also you really need EM on your electro in this team because they will be the one procing the hyperbloom so the main dmg will be comming from them But you can try it yourself and test it, if it works for you then good.
If you want to play Raiden on-field and useing sometype of hyperbloom I would advise to do a quickbloom team. Raiden, Yelan, Nahida and a healer like Baizhu or Yao Yao would make a decent team, but not neccesirly a top meta team.
S tier list, I absolutely love the navia plunge team, it's a staple of my roster and the 2nd strongest team i have. the overload team i have is no.3 on my list of teams, i use raiden not chlorinde; but my no.1 is a nilou/nahida/neuvillette/baizhu team.

Yes! Clorinde overload is NOT a top strongest team on sheet DPS or most people’s list. It’s my subjective take based on my testing mixing comfort, multi wave, single target, AOE, etc. if you disagree that’s totally fine. It’s my subjective opinion as it consistently finishes every abyss the second fastest of all of mine teams. But it’s just my take, not my vote for the official second best team :) yes lots of other teams do more damage objectively. And yes, xiao objectively should be top 5 but idk mine just doesn’t clear well enough 😅 I’ll work on it.

I think for sure, that the most F2P friendly team pyhsically possible is definetly Nilou bloom. Without having to worry about character replacement, crit stats or anything, simply relying on main stats only, you just need to stack Nilou with HP, you only need EM and some ER on Dendro Traveler and Collei, stack Barbara with EM, and you have the best AOE, insane single target and perfect multi wave team.

My argument against Chevreuse Clorinde would be her F2P performance. The damage decrease from signature to R5 finale is around 30%. Since this team heavily relies on her personal damage, more than aggravate, you’ll notice this downgrade a lot. And like you mentioned C6 Chevreuse is a myth
Eh honestly almost every team needs charecters at c6 or above xiaos team needs c6 faruzan and 2 five stars neuvilette hypercarry if he’s c0 needs Litterally all 5 stars arlechinno vape needs 2 five stars unless your going xiniqiu from stuff I’ve seen electro. Charecters require the least amount of money or primogems needed to get the job done
@@arminkir9389 not particularly, i can agree 5 stars are the foundation for a good team but needing c6 4 stars isnt true, my arle team is my best team and she nas for around 150-170k and shes c0r0 w homa with c0r0 supports excluding yelan who has sig which is a signature that only impacts personal damage and not supportive capabilities. my nilou team preforms perfectly with no c6 supports and no sigs, i dont have c6 fischl and my keqing team can clear only back on that is she has haran, and a bunch of other things, they are luxury for sure but for all intents and purposes c6s isnt something you need. for characters like xiao and wanderer yea they do kinda need c6 faru for the most but thats kinda on them being mid characters independently than it needing the c6s fault. theres a plethora of teams where cons dont matter and as a f2p player who can merc abyss with no struggle cons arent a need.
Agree 100%. I do not even have a chance to notice the difference between Clorinde's signature and FotD just because I only have FotD. My Chevreuse is C0, my Thoma is C1, my Fischl is C1. With the Gladiator's set, my Clorinde team needs about 2 minutes to clear Floor 12-1-1. Complete F2P, 1.5 years of playing every day, by the way.

@@arminkir9389 the difference is c0 5* is still much easier to get than c6 4*. not to mention Chevreuse has been on 1 banner. Unless you whaled or saved up a lot on Raiden/Yoimiya banner chances are you don't have c6 Chevreuse.
LOVE seeing Clorinde so high, and love that its your personal take above anything else. For me what you described with Aggravate vs Overload Clorinde i personally find a none issue when using Kirara, its really smooth and easy with her, you just reapply skill around same frequency you are bursting with clorinde, but if i had C6 Chevreuse i'm sure i'd be enjoying both! I'm totally with you that VV can be annoying, it was overpowered for so long but happily there are good alternatives now.
While I personally prefer Clorinde Quickbloom with Furina or Aggravate, seeing her appear in this list is still very much appreciated❤

The moment I saw Clorinde in the fontaine trailer last summer, I knew she was gonna be my main forever. Coincidentally, she was my first double I ever got, and both were 50/50 and early!

Also being a pyro healer opens a lot of doors for new comps and she isn’t just a direct upgrade of Bennett or Xiangling

Now, I'm a c6 Chevy owner, I use her a ton with Raiden and Yoimiya, I did first half this abyss with Yoi/Chevy/Beidou/Bennett, so I do know the power of that, but it's just interesting, I don't know that I've seen anyone else replicate your clears, but yours are ... right there.

I don't opt for Nahida with her often, Aggravate specifically doesn't need or even want that much Dendro, people just hyperfocus archons too much sometimes or trying to come up with what are essentially falseflags to discourage people from wanting characters they otherwise would like. Regarding Nahida in aggravate, honestly Kirara with C4 or higher is much snappier, better rotationally and in multiwave, and fixes stagger issues at same time while buffing EM for whole team.
I mean clorinde performs extremely well in just pure electro charge with furina too, which no other electro dps can really do. It was never Nahida or nothing.

the real requirement is chev. C0 unlocks the team and any con you get is a huge win since it’s one step closer to c6
Don't worry, Wanderer, you'll have a Top 5 team when Dottore drops with an elemental burst that allows the active character to ignore the atk speed cap and deal bonus damage on-hit (and also heals and gives interruption resistance for some reason)

If skill wouldn't be an issue (shouldn't usually be an issue this late in game) international is the best comp in the game. Childe, Xiangling, Kazuha and Bennett are just cracked together. Single target, AoE, waves, multiple enemies you name it and theyll speed run it 😂

My clorinde teams are as strong as my arlecchino teams. I'm not coping, the clear times are almost identical. Sadly her best team is quicken (with other broken chrs like fischl and nahida) and her dmg is balanced around that, so her personal dmg is a bit on the lower side compared to arle, hutao etc.. but the team dmg is almost identical or more in some cases. Definitely not as bad as everyone makes her out to be.
I have a team idea if you’re interested in testing it. It’s yae miko, baizhu, furina, and neuvillete. The rotations go in the same order as the list. I call it “hot people hyperbloom”. Because yae is the one triggering any hyperblooms that end up appearing, you must stack a ton of elemental mastery on her. As long as everyone else in the team is built properly it works extremely well. You just use everyone’s skills, then their bursts, swap until you get to neuvillete, go power washer mode, and watch the results.
Yeah I love playing Miko with Neuvi, granted she’s c6 so it works perfectly

@@LiterallyJustAnActualPotato yae is honestly the only flex slot in the team so it works just the same way. If I’m being honest it’s probably better in some scenarios because Lisa has more aoe to hit dendro cores. The only reason I use yae is because she’s my favorite 😭

I used that free 10 pull on the Nilou banner, I got her and a copy of the legendary Kaveh, I'm excited for the pyro Archon, Himeko finally makes her way to Genshin.
Pyro archon isn't a guarantee for clorinde, she has a 3k soft cap on attack scaling, anything above that her scaling is cut in half... and pyro in general is known to be the attack based element.
If she does some off field damage and or like with more recent characters, namely archons, can fit into rotations more readily (the trend of longer durations then CDs that we never had until Nahida, that Furina continues with) then she could still lift the team up, also its worth noting at C6 Chevreuse herself as well as obviously Fischl both contribute fair share of damage, so even if Clorinde doesn't get giga buffed the same way the team itself could benefit greatly, but who knows until we get said archon!
Also the whole reason Bennet doesn't come into play is because of Circle impact, he uniquely doesn't work that well with Clorinde because of it. So if she can do anything like him with maybe some off field damage potential, let alone some sort of if-dehya-was-powerful style burst(/C6 Dehya) then that could potentially fit nicely with Clorinde and her overload team.
Genshin doesn't release straight up powercreep in every single aspect, what is likely to happen is she will give half the bennett attack buff, and then mix in with insane off field pyro damage or other crit buffs.
@@Ottobon Raiden and Zhongli also have overflow time as well as Venti since his current lasts for 20 seconds with a 12 cd skill.
Realisticly speaking without Bennet it is really hard to get over 3000 ATK even in overload teams and we still don't exactly know what the pyro archon will do, even if she give a bunch of ATK it is possible thet her off-field damaeg will just make her still the best team-mate for Clorinde because currently she only can use Thoma well who only give her at C6 15% damage bonus on her NAs.
@@cybersaber877 yess you are right, it did start with any of the other archons but it didn't become as noticeable until it was way more major parts of their kit that benefitted thus my mistake. I guess if you played lots of hyperbloom with raiden its noticeable, "major" but i never went for that. With zhongli its major but the way his kit is one expects it to be and never really think about it

Just a question, isn't raiden just as good if not better in chevreuse overload teams (raiden chev benny xiangling) especially with the infinite ir i think that would be the case. Just to be clear i dont either of the chars, well i dont even own chev 😂. This is purely what i have heard/seen.
Raiden helps the whole team too with ER and as you mentioned the resistance to interpretation
But chlorine is pure dps so her own personal dmg is high(if you consider both being C0)

In my experience they are very close in Overload teams. I have Raiden C2 and Clorinde C3, Raiden use Scarlet Sand and Clorinde use Haran. My Raiden still clear faster, mostly because Raiden Overload team is just better then Clorinde's. She have access to better characters, simple as.

Chev overload but with raiden or yae is my strongest team, and like he mentioned, the other slots are pretty flexible.
An actually great team that's almost never mentioned is [Hu Tao burgeon with kirara c4], which a lot more people are likely to have after this summertime event and banner, which both have kirara featured

@@maevethefox5912 double hydro, kirara, hu tao. Nahida should work but it has the limitation of having to swap out to reapply skill on the new wave, plus kirara shield has the extra effectiveness vs the dendro dmg coming in from the burgeon explosions so I prefer her.
For Navia Plunge Bennett can also be really good as a flex, if youre like me and dont have any other geos built. I dont know how it looks on paper, but in practice it works perfectly fine and can 36* :)
surprising that Raiden National doesnt even have an honorable mention considering it exists mostly of easily obtainable four star characters while the rest of your team comps are made up of mostly five star characters. Strongbox throughout 4.0 has taken my Raiden National team to a whole nother level that is difficult to replicate with others teams due to the heavy lifting strongbox has done.
Because it doesnt. Nobody who didnt start in 1.X has easy access to those 4* characters. For anyone that started since 3.0 those characters are like every other 4* with the exception that you can slowly buy them from the shop should you decide to value a con of a character that could be on a banner you pull from over 6 wishes towards another 5*.
National teams are just bait for non veterans at this point because their output isnt even impressive anymore at top investment compared to simply pulling good 5*s and supporting those and newer players wont have the investment required to make national work over just building 1 strong 5*.
Raiden main here - the 4 stars are pretty easily accessible, but frankly c0r0 Rational just ... isn't a strong team. It's a FINE team, you can certainly clear with it, but it's not really on that power level.
Now, C3R1 sure, then we're on that list, I crush anything in 30 seconds or less, especially if Yelan replaces XQ, but that's ... well, I guess as I talk myself out of it, c3r1 Raiden is no harder to get than R1 Neuvi/Zhongli/Furina/Kazuha.

@@shaylam6344it's because no one is farming nymphs dream until it comes to the strongbox, and then suddenly childe national will get a bump again since it'll be more efficient to get that perfect set (which you really need to get cracked output)
Nymphs is sub 5+% on tartag who is around 40% of internat.
Its a 2% total dps up.
A much better way to upgrade your international is replacing bennet or tartag with Neuvellete

For consistency I would run xinqiu because he provides 53% dmg res and unlike yelan who needs rng to vape arlecchinos first hit xinqiu orbitals allow for more consistency allowing for more fronloaded damage because the first hit does the most damage.

I've been using quickbloom (Furina, Nahida, Fischl) Clorinde but considering she's C2R1, I'm considering switching to overload. How do you build your Thoma and how would you say she compares to quickbloom in overload?
Tighnari Catalyse (Tighnari-Yae Miko-Nahida-Yaoyao(or Zhongli)) is the best team ever. Kuki Shinobu is also good in this team as you get 2 electro character bonus, extra electro damage and heal. But as Tighnari plays from far ,Kuki's electro is not the greatest option in here. But Yaoyao does both healing and dendro damage so well
I've been using clorinde with a non c6 chevruse just because of thoma and dehya. On a controller, the game doesn't let me turn the camera fast enough to keep up with clorindes dashes. So half the time, I can't see the enemy making avoiding getting hit in aggrevate very hard. without furina or dehya, her self healing doesnt feel like enough to just eat hits. And her short field time makes getting staggered feel awful.
i got lucky with a c2 nahida with yaes weapon. my top team is dps nahida. she does insanely good damage and still provides immense buffs to the whole team.
team consists of:
nahida
furina (top choice) / yelan / xingqiu
kuki shinobu (top choice) / fischl
baizhu (top choice) / kokomi / bennet
with the top picks, the whole team is so comfortable that it doesnt matter how you apply your rotations. with the rest, you gotta make sure yelan and bennet / baizhu combos keep their uptimes as best as possible.
this team covers all bases: aoe in nahidas e, single target in hyperbloom (buffed by nahida aswell), buffing in furina and baizhu (or the other flex slots), and rotation comfort.
although there are a lot of 5 stars in the mix that make this team strong, you can do it more f2p and c2 is not necessary. genuinely do not pass up on a dps nahida if you can do it, you wont regret it.
I got Clorinde c1 with a Lucky 1 pull+her weapon. She really is AMAZING in AOE. i love that u added this rotation, as I've been trying to see whats the best team with her Cooldown and want a good rotation.
IDK if I'm gonna build Thoma, but I just might since we're going to Natlan and he could prove to be useful there as well as this team.
I think Clorinde is one of my top characters in Fontaine alongside Neuvillette and Arlecchino. I love her.

Tips for VV Vape. Setup:
Yelan EQ / Yelan Q - Bennett Q - Kazuha hold E - Pyro main DPS. For arle, obviously starts with arle E
The setup works for Arle and Yoimiya for normal gameplay. Hu Tao needs hydro swirled burst for consistency or apply more hydro before her rotation starts, otherwise you want Yelan C2 which is why the team isn't effective on her unless for sweaty spender speedruns.
Kazuha's burst isn't really needed during setup. Sure, arle is broken to the point that you probably don't need to double swirl properly, but it's not hard to use to make her even stronger. Use kaz burst to assist characters that need more AoE, like his burst + Yoi's burst for first wave of 12-1-1 for example. Your solution for yoi is like, baizhu 2 hydro's burgeon on kenki abyss, which is awful.
It hurts to see arle having proper teams like zl vape or vv vape while you said yoi's best team is baizhu double hydro, which is probably the worst 5* team option for both DPSes... Arle and yoi literally benefit from similar teams while yoi benefits more from ranged sub dps (fischl) and arle benefits from melee supps (candace, or even kaeya at some point)
Actually, there're some more worth mentioning team including vaporize Lyney (feature Furina Kazuha and Bennett, hard to manage, but is of the strongest team in the entire game with high DPS on single target and work just fine in other scenario), Nilou (really niche, but is the strongest in that niche, and hit crazy number assuming 3+ enemies wave is spawn), Xiao plunge (with 2+ enemies on stage, Xiao alongside Furina Xianyun and Faruzan is a true beast, considering he was a solid character back then, but now I do think Xiao is one of the strongest character, just not as meta breaking as Neuvilette or Arlechino)
2nd place should be Nahida, Furina, Yae, and Baizhu. The afk team is the easiest way to clear anything with NO worries since everyone has permanent uptime (it's also super fun using Baizhu as a driver)

In my opinion Clorinde deserves to be in top 5, however I believe her strength above other characters in the game doesn't lie in buffing her personal damage, rather her ability to quickly spam so many reactions, I personally found dendro and then hydro to be a bit better than the overload, the nahida fischl flex comp in particular gave me the impression that there's nothing in the game that can make me grasp just how strong the rotation is with how fast everything dies midway through
I might have severe skill issue or something, but I feel like my xiangling 4 star national or international performance is better than arlecchino sadge (I think she's benched for now but she'll get her comeback with natlan archon trust)
Just a tip: Neuvillette hyperbloom with Raiden as hyperbloom driver is one of best single target teams in the whole game, its just so much better than hypercarry in single target scenarios

Oh hey, someone else who enjoys Clorinde Overload like me. Nice. I agree.
I squeezed every freemogem out of the game that I could and got finally got her on the last hours of the last day. I got her signature weapon in a couple of rolls on the first day, though. I also somehow grinded out a great set of her BiS artifacts so that she has 99.8% Crit Rate while she's using her skill with Crit DMG at 220.6% to take advantage of.
I built Thoma specifically for her and had him C6 for years, an unleveled Kitain Cross Spear collecting dust and 4 extra polearm billets just waiting to be used. I didn't feel like grinding Noblesse or 2PC HP% and heard Emblem could always work if you got lucky on sub-stats, so I built him on ER/HP/HP Emblem and got exactly the sub-stats he needed to always get his burst and have an even stronger shield and even do decent personal damage. Works wonders.
Chevy? I don't have her C6, only C2. But I've used her all the time anyways and haven't had any issues at all destroying stuff in Abyss in Overload teams with her and adding Clorinde is no exception, so if C4 and C6 are really that huge of upgrades, I can't wait to see how much better she ends up buffing everyone if mine already does great at C2.
I'm a long time player who's rolled on almost every banner, so I've got a lot of Electro options. Here's the kicker, though. Fischl does great and I enjoyed that. Beidou was the choice I was excited for and that worked super well. Better than FIschl in AoE scenarios, in fact. Kuki somehow did better than both and ended up being the second best choice. Guess cause of Gilded Dreams and tons of EM? I dunno, honestly.
But because I like to have extra ways to hit things really REALLY hard, I decided to have fun and put my C3R1 Raiden Shogun on there for even easier energy and a hard-hitting frontloaded burst before going back to Chevy. It's honestly really fun to bully HP sponge Abyss enemies with because my Clorinde already hits stupidly hard and just in case the enemy isn't dead or something else spawned just as her skill time ended, Ei just shows up and slices a good chunk of their HP with one hit and their either gone or about to be. Sometimes even lets me save everyone's bursts for the next chamber if I decided to just combo with her and kill after. Every Electro option I had worked in this slot incredibly well and deleted everything in their path in seconds, but unsurprisingly, she worked the best. UNGA BUNGA is always best.
I think Overload and Aggravate Clorinde are both great on her, but enjoy Overload more thanks to Thoma giving her a comfy way to be protected and have access to Pyro. I'm fully with you. Easily the most fun Electro DPS team in the game to me.
I did, however, just get C4 Kirara, so now I wanna see if that makes any difference in an Aggravate team similar to Thoma or not.

Neuvillette, Kazuha, Furina, baizhu : my favorite team, broke the game for me. They were sooooo strong even when half the team was underleveled ( like super underleveled, I got furina and baizhu last and had enough materials to get them to lv 50 before I had to farm again, they were still easily usable against lv 90 enemies on the team)
I will say that I'm biased, I'm a baizhu main, and this is just my favorite team to play him on as well for exploration

Xiao, C6 Faruzan, Xianyun and Furina goes so hard! Aoe, single target, multiwave. Hell, even exploration with Xianyun is great!
My Clorinde team has just 1 difference replacing thoma with Dehya (i got her C2 cause, Dehya)
And honestly she got better with more constellation (plus giving rather the same resistance uptime while having better pyro damage (when you do need it))
also love how this team works against basically anything not pyro or electro resistant.
Surprisingly do well in AoE floors too (like you clear the mobs before they get the chance to fly away from you so)

My comfort team is surprisingly xiao-furina-faruzan-xianyun I know xiao isn't quite popular rn. But as a mobile player the just jump and plunge combo is very easy to do, and the only trick to it is just count your plunge. The downside to it is just trying to replace furina in other team.
All of them but Hyperbloom are teams with Fontaine DPS. Fontaine really is the nation of DPS.
Jello, regarding the Clorinde's team. In my opinion, Dehya is not a cope option. First and foremost, her interrumotion resistance is not that of a downgrade. And also, her off field pyro application is considered skill dmg, so she can make good use of tenacity's 20% extra atk buff. Whereas Thoma's pyro ticks are considered ult dmg, so he can't trigger that bonus, only during the first 3 seconds after using his skill. So you can put noblesse on Chevreuse and Tenacity triggering all the time on Dehya, and it's basically a permanent 40% extra atk bonus just from artifacts set.
My best teams going into Natlan are;
Furina, Sigewinne, Fischl, Kazuha. A simple yet really strong taser team.
Nahida, fischl, Neuvi/Sigewinne, Kazuha. My main team for most content because Nahida is best girl and Nuevi is just too strong.
Arle, Xingqiu, Bennett, Kazuha. Its one of the strongest teams so I obviously like it.
This will be my first n.0 patch (I joined in 4.2) so I may not have the best teams but I am certainly prepared and hyped for this next year of Genshin.
I know cryo isn’t close to meta right now, but what’s your favorite cryo team? As a biased Ganyu main I’d obviously have to go with Ganyu melt, though when the right conditions are met, Ganyu freeze can also be a blast
Ganyu is clunky to play without shielder thats her main issue but she does so much dmg, i wish she was anything other than bow

with c1 neuvillette you can even swap zhongli with Barbara since her skill gives 15% hydro dmg bonus + heals (better than nothing) for furina hp drains and has the revive for abyss, or you can use sayu or Jean for the full team heal
They say Neuvi is comfy, they say Arle is OP. But only Navia gets C6R5 from me! ^_^

"Clorinde has good AoE" yeaa.... no. Especially not in Overload. The thing with Neuvilettes linear AoE is that u can move in any direction you want to adjust the angle of it. Good luck doing that with clorinde with her 7.5s of uptime. Also, idk how the fact that overload literally f up ur grouping/enemy alignment managed to get pass u. U can literally see in the gameplay u put in the background that she is not even hitting both enemies most of the times and this is a very ideal enemy line up for her too cuz all the enemies here are resistant to stagger.

Ive also had countless times where I almost pulled my hair out whenever I try to play Clorinde overload in AoE situations with less forgiving enemies. U don't even have kazuha to help u with grouping + ur AoE is linear and nowhere near as flexible or predictable as Neuvilette + ur activitly ungrouping enemies due to Overload. I cannot in good faith say to someone that a team like that has good AoE.

Clorinde in the second half of the abyss with Fischl, Furina, and Baizhu is by far my best and most comfy team... It's the only team that can clear it for me honestly... I tried ayato fischl Kazuha Kokomi and they just couldn't break the fing shields fast enough for some reason

Even tho I get more damage with Arle vape, Arle overload is amazing!! Everything just disappears in seconds.
The only Down side is that Arlechino is a little fragile but doesn't matter if you wiped out all the enemies before they even hit you.
My personal top 5 teams are:
5# Navia Bennett Xiangling Zhongli
plunge Navia is nice and powerful but since I'm a mobile player and my phone lags a bit I I prefer the comfy option, once I get a new phone for gaming (not the character 💀) though I will test Navia plunge more.
4# Xiao Faruzan Xianyun Furina
when I say that this team is absolute bonkers I mean it, but to make it work you need to have sooooooo many expensive things like PJWS or SoH, Faruzan C6, Xianyun and Furina, it's a really expensive team but if you get everything he will never disappoint, the only reason he is 4# and not above is because he is so expensive but with everything he can outdamage numerous teams in a lot of variations, he "shines" both in single-target and AoE-target situations with the right enemies, kinda hard to play if you're mobile like me and might confuse jump with NA sometimes but you'll get used to it with proper training.
3# Hu Tao Furina Yelan Xianyun
yes the Hu Tao plunge, I have been a Hu Tao lover since I started back in 2.1 and a main since I got her but that's not the reason I put her higher than Navia and Xiao, she is just sooooo powerful if you play her right, her AoE sucks, she is mostly the single-target character but her damage is crazy even with low investment, all you need is a 4pcs marechaussee hunter if you don't wanna farm crimson, a decent Xianyun with good er and atk and Furina with Yelan on an ok split and that team shines in the right situations. Yelan can be replaced with Xingqiu but he doesn't benefit from the hydro resonance, his interruption res is nothing special on that team since you're plunging and the damage reduction is nothing when you have a healer on the team with Furina increasing their healing bonus, let alone his personal damage is worse and he doesn't have any passives increasing the on-fielders damage like Yelan, overall he is fine but Yelan is way better.
#2 Raiden Bennett Xiangling Furina
don't hate me for placing it so high but I absolutely love that team, ever since Furina replaced Yelan and Xingqiu it has been SUCH A MONSTERTRUCK, demolishes everything both in single-target and AoE-target situations, the damage is amazing considering recharging teammates is so easy with Raiden so you can focus on building crit on everyone and it's easy to play and doesn't need high investment with expensive stuff, everything is perfect, I managed to clear the recent 12-1-1 with that team in 60-65s with a C0 Raiden and that goes to show how much people have underrared her, but to be fair I have a top 6% Raiden on Cyno's sig and a top 9% Furina on the pipe so yeah kinda deep into everything but even without that much investment it can be a crazy team to play, I've fallen in love with it ever since I tried it.
1# Neuvi Furina Kazuha Zhongli
C'mon we all know it that team is just goated both in damage and AoE, it's the goat.
Note: I didn't place Arle because 1: I don't have her on my main and 2: she hasn't reruned 2 or more times like all the other characters I talked about but if I had to place her somewhere I'd put her above Hu Tao and remove Navia.
These are my personal favorite teams to run and play because they are so powerful and fit into a lot of/every situation, there has been no abyss that I can't 36 star with these, they all are and will be powerful even in the future when we get characters that will completely powercreep them.
If the pyro archon is just "benny but without circle impact" then ill be satisfied

Make a pre natlan all characters tier list
neuvi hypercarry is almost certain to improve with the pyro archon not because of her innate kit but because of the buffs the 5.0 artifact set provides (50% elemental dmg bonus?) and she may even enable him to vape sometimes depending on her pyro app/icd so teams with c2 furina/c1+ neuvi won't need the baizhu/zhongli slot and be able to use a fully offensive setup
Basically adding even more to Neuvillette expansive repertoire of team comps 😂
So I just got Yelan today and I was so happy because I needed another hydro character. My team idea is Nahida, Clorinde, Yelan, and a free space. First of all who do you think should be the free space? I want some healing so I thought Charlotte because I have her built, but using her wouldn’t be ideal with Nahida. Then maybe Kuki. Y’all’s choice though. The rotation would go like this: Nahida skill, Yelan skill, Kuki skill, Clorinde skill. Once Clorinde skill goes on cooldown I probably have my bursts. Nahida burst, Nahida skill, Yelan skill, Yelan burst, Kuki ult, Kuki skill, Clorinde skill ult then dash and repeat. So does that sound good? I would really appreciate a suggestion for the free space character because I don’t have Kuki built yet. I don’t have any 5 star healers btw
clorinde doesn’t really need a healer, more she needs a shield. Same with any of the other characters, so i think a shielder like zhongli, layla, maybe thoma and kirara would work pretty well as a flex spot. if you wanna do crowd control, Kazuha
I use Neuv, Kazuha, Raiden, Furina basically everywhere. Raiden + Furina means I can ask if I wanted, then I swirl with Kazuha and everything dies. Anything that survives gets stomped by Neuv, and if I ever feel like popping off anime style Raiden has a delete button on standby. Such a fun team 😁
Theatre Buff is making my Arlecchino insane at the moment. I had sacrificed some attack for better crit on her artifacts, so I'm really going to notice when it switches back at the end of the month
Interesting list- I'm 100% on board with the mashing & I do use the Neuv team
I also love Chev overload teams, even though my Chevreuse is only C0. Don't use Chlorinde for it though- found her too hard to control on mobile & didn't pull. I tend to use Dehya and Yae/Raiden and/or Arle.
My current favourite is Arle with Bennett, Zhongli & Navia- not optimal but I find it fun
Neuvillette's best setup is obviously him, furina, kazuha and zhongli/baizhu but I personally prefer using jean and zhongli because its comfy and it frees up kazuha and lets me pair him with Arlecchino.
Hutao xingqiu furina xianyun is a pretty nice team for both aoe and single target and also its fun!!

It's rare that when I pay rhe test characters I immediately thinking "I'm pulling them for sure" but that's what I thought when I played Navia, her play style is just sooo easy. I use her with the event super mega magic claymore r5. She slaaays!
For me it's Wriothesley/Furina/Xiangling/Bennett , Childe/Xiangling/Bennett/Kazuha, Yelan/Xingqiu/Nahida/Kuki, Navia/Xiangling/Bennett/Zhongli, Neuvillette/Furina/Jean/Zhongli, Al-Haitham/Yae/Nahida/Zhongli (in order of pure favoritism). See the problem? It is almost ALWAYS BENNY XIANGLING!!! I also like Wriothesley/Xingqiu/Kazuha/Kaeya, it's just not for recent abysses, still my comfort team. Even though I have other characters (Arlecchino, Ayaka, Ganyu, Raiden, standarts) I just don't enjoy playing them. And a lot of other characters I just don't have and not planning to get except maybe for Xianyun.

my top 5 teams (from a pure f2p experience)
- neuvillette teams (neuv, flex, flex, flex as long as neuvillete can get his stacks)
- hyperbloom teams (dendro, hydro, electro, flex: even with DMC as the dendro this team absolutely carries my f2p all 4-star 36-star clears)
- national team core (bennett, xiangling, flex, flex: one of most accessible team and can be customized from navia teams, mono pyro teams, chevreuse overload, melt teams, burning teams, or the good old reverse vape teams like childe international. I know its kinda cheating but this is my list and i can make up my own rules 🤣)
- Soup, Curry, Oven (these are like the little sisters or brothers of hyperbloom, look them up if you're curious)
- Xiao Premium team (Furina Xianyun Xiao Faruzan)
some teams are not here like Arlecchino, Navia teams is cause i straight up don't have those characters and i don't have enough experience clearing abyss with those chars
Clorinde overload is based. Also works well with C2 Chevy and Beidou if you love her or are sick of bloody Fischl
For me at least if I make an objective tier list, It would look like:
1. Neuvillette, Furina, Kazuha, Flex
2. International
3. Arlecchinno, Yelan, Kazuha, Flex
4. Al Haithem Quickbloom
5. Nilou Bloom/ Xiao, Furina, Xianyun, Faruzan
That is the list where it makes it fair and very justified for people to recommend

Currently my favourite team in the game is: Raiden (C2), Nahida, Furina and Xianyun/Jean. Easy set-ups, smooth rotations (thanks to Raiden), big dmg in ST and Aoe, steamrolls everything in the game except maybe Abyss lectors
I've skipped both *Neuvilette* and *Arlecchino* for being *too strong* / making things too easy~ XD
From the teams that I've access to, my _Top Three_ would be: 1. *Quickbloom Raiden* _[+Yelan, Baizhu & Kazuha]_ 2. *Hyperbloom Furina* _[+Sigewinne, Nahida & Yae]_ and 3. *Hypercarry Xiao* _[+Faruzan, Xianyun & Zhongli]._
I have 2 teams that's my equivalent of "That's it, I'm getting me mallet!" and it's my Kokomi mono Hydro. It's C1 Kokomi, C2 Furina, C0 Yelan and C0 Kazuha, the survivability is great, the lack of worrying about energy is great and it's adjustable with my C6 Xinqiu if I need interruption resistance. The other team though, my GOATed team... Raiden Overload. C2 Raiden is my most built character, she's such a monster, I throw on C6 Xiangling, C6 Chevreuse, and C5 Bennett. It's so cheap cause it's only a single 5 star, the healing is crazy, the buffing is crazy and I've never struggled against a boss with this team.

1) Any Nahida team (I main her)
2) Raiden electro-charged or Overload
3) Any Arleccihno Team (Overload/Mono/Vape)
4) Newly obtained Nilou Team
5) Neuvilette
Honourable Mentions: Ayaka Freeze (when I can) & Wanderer w/ C6 Faru. I also just got Navia so I'll be looking forward to try her soon.
i usually play arlecchino furina bennet kazuha, if you double swirl correctly, and make the kazuha ult hydro, you can vape as much as you will on a arlecchino xingquiou bennet kazuha team,but with the insane buff of furina (i have her c2)
(even if you aren able to hydro infuse the kazuha ult, you dont lose too much dmg, bc you can reverse vape the furina hits)
- Overload > Arlecchino / Fisch-YaeC2 / Chevreuse C6 / Benny C6. Yae is more flexible than Fischl thanks to her non-snapshottable EQ which makes rotation easier and great dmg from burst.
- Quickbloom > Yae (C2 best) / Nahida / Furina / Baizhu TTDS + 4PC noble. Easy rotation. Yae does consistent damage right from the start of rotation, which is not the case with Clorinde or Cyno.

I love creating teams that make sense in my mind like Femme Fontaine and Arle & the Eye-patches...
People sleep on Kokomi hyperbloom. 4th flex can be Yelan or Fishcl, but my go to is Furina. If you play around Kokomis jellyfish, hyperbloom becomes AoE. Each enemy gets their own dedicated blooms. This needs Nahida though. Raiden is better than Kuki here in some scenarios, when you can get the enemies to group a bit tighter
im planning to pull for yelan on her next rerun.
With her i also have the idea of playing a hyperbloom (nahida, raiden, yelan, xin), do i loose a lot if I play raiden emblem on field?
I love her and want to actually "use" her, and i dont want to build her EM
Do you have kuki? I love my raiden but she rly needs em for this team and I use her on other teams as a dps. It works I guess but you’re losing out on rly good dmg. If you have kuki shinobu she is amazing and she heals, just put full em on her and level her to 90 and that’s all you need to do with her, highly recommend!!

Just for fun
But kuki heal is just better in this team
Also you really need EM on your electro in this team because they will be the one procing the hyperbloom so the main dmg will be comming from them
But you can try it yourself and test it, if it works for you then good.
If you want to play Raiden on-field and useing sometype of hyperbloom I would advise to do a quickbloom team. Raiden, Yelan, Nahida and a healer like Baizhu or Yao Yao would make a decent team, but not neccesirly a top meta team.

S tier list, I absolutely love the navia plunge team, it's a staple of my roster and the 2nd strongest team i have. the overload team i have is no.3 on my list of teams, i use raiden not chlorinde; but my no.1 is a nilou/nahida/neuvillette/baizhu team.
