don"t sleep on continue and context options theyre great !! continue uses first non-empty clip as a reference midi clip for this generator to make another one "inspired by it" and context gives you the ability to limit how far back does the generator remember and making it remember less gives you some non-coherent random more chaotic clips
Still having trouble wrapping my head around the continue/context. First non-empty clip could be a midi sequence clip I made myself or only from midi clip that was created from Drumbrain’s “clip” function? With context set at “32” does that mean it remembers back up to 32 past generations? Does it remember generations from only “gen all” or does it also include inst specific gens?
"I know this might be a bit manual but it's worth it" - great advice for songwriting and production in general. It's OK for things to take time. Enjoy the process! I need to try that thing!
You have closed my gestalt bro regarding grooves.now I don’t have to load tons of libs)))big thx and I consider you one of the best Ableton bloggers on UA-cam .God bless ya.
I think it's very similar to Algonaut, this vst also has the swap sample option in this case integrated into Ableton 12. I really like your videos, I'm going to keep this device. Thanks

Appreciate you continuing to put us on with these plugins and tutorials 🙌🏼💯
You’re very welcome, man :)
tks man
Flams are two notes, ruffs are more. Thanks for a great video!
What about VST ? How do you use it with Drumbrain?🤓
Quick question 🙋 How do you created the folders Arturia synths, Arturia FX and Native Instruments ?
It’s a new filter category feature that comes in ableton live 12 😉
For ever frustrated: we need it in other Daws. I propose a Nobel prize for the one who build a wrapper.
There are VSTs that don't do the exact same but have the ability to output MIDI. Just look for sequencers like SEQND or Stepic.
@@lotustunesacademy yes Thank’s. I’m Using quite a bunch of drumboxes with midi output but I was refering to the originality and fun with max4live.
my gawd... every week there's a new sequencer.
*sigh
