couldnt comment for some reason on your "rookie" PSA reveal from 6 months ago. but had to say i really enjoyed that reveal too. i don't like how PSA labels things as "miscut" when it has a wavy edge, or a tilted look like your 66 Aaron did. I've had quite a few cards come back as miscut too, and it is frustrating because they still look sharp and should be graded. i miscut is a factory thing that cannot be controlled. love the 53 mantle you showed at the beginning of the first video. probably my favorite mantle. If you like Mantles, tune in to COG sports cards on 3/22 at 9 Eastern. I will be on there with them going through all our Mantles live !
I also have many of the same late 60's early 70's cards. I don't know if it makes economic sense to have them graded. My cards are also in about the same condition. I enjoyed your video and subscibed. Keep up the good work.
My advice on the Ryan rookie would be to break it out, send it to Jerry Koosman for autograph ($10 and very reliable signer), then send it to Nolan Ryan who signs for $75. Then get it graded with either a dual service (card and auto) or Authentic card and grade for the auto. Real Ryan rookies that are autoed and PSA graded sell in the $1500 range, which is likely more than a 6 (MC). You could also skip Koosman if you didn’t want to take the risk. I have sent Nolan Ryan 8 cards and got all the cards back with zero issues or damage.
Very cool cards. Just FYI... that 1964 Topps is not Tony Oliva's rookie card. He has one of the floating head cards in 1963 under the name Pedro Oliva.
Great sub and great presentation! Nice 10 on the Gooden
Thanks! The Gooden RC was great to see come back as a 10.
COngrats on the Willie Mays PSA 7 and PSA 10 Gooden, very nice sub!

Appreciate the note! I’m 100% in agreement with you as to the economic value of grading vs leaving raw. Grading is so tough on these vintage cards.

Nice cards...Curious on the 1969 Topps Clemente..Did you check no qualifiers on that card?..Seems like PSA would have said Miscut or OC on the card..
Rick, some great returns here, the Doc 10 is AWESOME. PSA is STINGY when it comes to the 80’s. I just subscribed!
agree to agree
Had a chance to get a Ryan this week. Always been after that card. I'll get it, chose a 64 Rose instead, and some others.
Nice cards
Thanks JB!
Always adds a bit if you tell us your prediction first. Good job.
