I wish I watched this before doing my cover. I would have stolen the riffs you played around 3:20. Thanks for giving back brother. I really enjoyed listening to you. Love the aggressiveness of your tone as well. Keep up the good work and remain blessed

I was looking for someone who might have nailed the runs on the instrumental ending to confirm what I think that I hear. Yours sounds about the closest of any that I have watched. Thanks for the video.

hey I do not know if your still active but I'd really like a tab for this its simple e d a g and the numbers of frets and press space on the line for it

how do you like the EM Drive in your signal chain? Looking for a drive thats not gonna deplete my low on (I heard the AGS on the Tone Hammer is enough though)

Johnny Rodriguez Tone Hammer all the way.
Because of how drive works nearly every drive is going to cut low end and the key is a blend knob. Anyways tonehammer is my favorite pedal ever.
About the EM Drive, I more or less had it as an “always on” pedal acting as a buffer to preserve my high ends from the tone suck of the Volume Pedal VPJR. Recently I upgraded my board and don’t have room for the EM Drive but using it as a drive it sounds pretty bad on bass. So I just deal with the tone suck with out it. So basically, TL;DR EMdrive is bad on bass apart from maybe slight clean boost to push tubes a bit but not great

Care to elaborate on all those cool little fills you did? Mainly the two during the bridge Loved the way you played this song

Watch them in slow motion (settings - speed - 0.75) to see what he does

Sorry for the late response. Are you interested in my ideology behind them or specific tabs? I can’t write tabs for crap, so that would be a no go on that option xD. If you’re looking for that just slow the video down.

Really great video, my only criticism would be to frame the whole back neck for next time. Thanks for giving back, you're right, the worship bass tutorial community is lacking. Or the videos available have 100 fills in them and are nothing at all close to the original.

countstoneula thanks so much! I noticed that exact problem and fixed it in my videos later on. I’m still trying to figure out how to do this the most effective way so I appreciate the feedback!
