The problem was the ‘-‘ in the “2024 - 2028’. I think the guy was meant to say “2024, 2028” IE: that these where the years they were elected. Which makes sense

This is intellectual dishonesty in two ways... 1. If you want to get a real example of how Trump voters respond you'd catch the first person that you come to and interview them, but in these cases, the interviewer goes through a bunch of people, then they edit the occurence to seem like every person they came in contact with was an idiot. 2. It's trying to make trump voters seem stupid, but the fact is, the same thing could be done at a Biden rally, and the same results would occur.

The media has smeared the trump voters for years, I used to think they were dumb as well (I’m a moderate) but then I realized that it is profitable for media outlets to sensationalize and lie to gain more viewership. There is no logical way to make this argument, so it is an argument from emotion, regardless of the gender of the person who's making it. If the person making this argument happens to be a woman, they would have to assume that the fact that they're more emotional than average applies to all other women, which it doesn't.
