I put 10 bucks on each of the big 3 platforms each month and have learned more doing free tutorials than using these paid sites. You’re telling the truth.
thank you!
Honestly, $10 a month in your own account can go a long way.
I agree..
Didn't ACloudGuru manage to operate on an extremely low budget - mostly or all free tier for a long period of time? I remember one of the founders talking about it. It's crazy what can be done if you're smart about it.

For $10, I can get a lot of value and hands-on skills.
This is definitely cheaper than most (all) of the things i spent for my cybersecurity training.
"Stop worrying about what's happening in 5-10 years." This resonates DEEPLY. I've been on/off learning for a few years, and the thing that always got me in the past was getting too worried about the hot new trend/language/whatever Tech Twitter decided was the move that week.
My studying and learning since I stopped caring about that has been much more productive. Still a long way to go, but we're getting there 💪
I'm just learning A+ right now and getting ready for the exam. I think the tricky thing about cloud engineering is figuring out what you should be spending money on before you actually have the job. Right now I guess I plan to just get A+, Net+ and a cloud account money wise for now. Been taking advise from multiple people and feel a bit more confident.
I did the A+ a while back. It was a good experience, really helped with my helpdesk role. I wanted to write the Net+, but its SO much money and like the A+, doesn't validate any actual job skills. So what I'm doing is studying all the Net+ objectives and taking some courses on Cisco Networking Academy (which are free and very good), but not writing the exam. Instead focusing on learning actual job skills now that I have the A+ under my belt. I recommend the same for you. Net+ is almost 400 bucks and all it does is certify that you have general networking knowledge, but doesn't demonstrate you can actually build and maintain a network. On the other hand, the Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) costs 165 bucks and proves you can actually build a company's cloud solutions.
Hey !!
I found these tips really helpful, considering I have been a apprentices doing data engineering.
I am now taking the initiative to open my own cloud account!
Thanks for the tips!
helpful and straight to the point as always. really appreciate your content!
Strange how timely this video is.... My free Azure credit expired a few days ago, and I was considering getting a sandbox. This video was extremely useful. Appreciate it, thanks!
Hi Gwyn! I'm really glad you made it this far with your vids and I love your content!
I'm subscribed from 2020 where I was a Junior IT Support back then and now I'm a Sys Admin.
You helped me a lot with the paths and on what to look forward for my growth.
Now I'm starting focusing on DevOps but I have some concerns. I've seen a lot of people on YT saying "I've been on DevOps for 5 years and the only word I can describe it is "burnout" " .
I've also had a look on the differences between DevOps and Cloud Engineer and some says you can first begin with a Cloud Engineer role and then head to DevOps..
So, my questions are :
1) Cloud Engineer or DevOps if you want to begin your journey from SysAdmin.
2) Can you begin your own "small" company as a Cloud Engineer ? Like freelancer ?
Thank you very much!!
Keep up the work good work and spread the knowledge!
thanks a lot for this video GPS you literally just unstocked me, when you mentioned that stuff about the cloud being absorbed got me thinking a bit , this just cleared my head thanks
Thanks for this GPS, appreciate the content very much. And I am first to comment this time!!
W Video. The ROI could be as crazy as a crypto pump and dump without the dump.
Precise and effective tips!
In earlier video you suggested people to learn linux for hackers from book?
Truth. I came to some of these same points a while a go.
Our city has 1,50,000 jobs in IT for non-graduates in web development and 2 jobs in manufacturing for non-graduates.
GPS you are the best

Look at them beautiful brown eyes!! Great content GPS.
For just $5 I can sell you my roadmap for making roadmaps, it's my roadmap I use when creating roadmaps to sell to people, very valuable stuff. (Sarcasm tag? Maybe, maybe not)
GPS got me seriously confused man.. should i stay away from cloud? or learn? or what?? :(
Why are you confused? You are the only person who should be making decisions in your life.
