Pancit Sotanghon Recipe
Ingredients:
250 g sotanghon ( Vermicelli Noodles )
3 tbsp Oil
3 pcs garlic Cloves
1 medium Onion
250 g Meat
1/2 tsp achuete powder ( optional )
3 or 4 pcs Laurel
1 knorr pork cube
3 cups water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium carrot
1 small red or green bell pepper
50 g cabbage
