it really depends on the preference of the one cooking.. 😉😊 both will have yummy results.. it's just that putting the vermicelli noodles directly to the broth will have the flavor both inside (absorbed) and outside the vermicelli compared to it being pre-soaked.. 😉😊 but the idea is it's better to know both techniques 😉😊
