  • I'll show you the secret to the best pancit sotanghon guisado recipe..
    INGREDIENTS
    -1pc carrot sliced
    -2pcs chopped onions
    -5cloves garlic chopped
    -4pcs chicken wings sliced
    -4pcs chicken liver sliced
    -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
    -4-6Tbsp soy sauce
    -250g sotanghon (vermicelli)
    -chopped cabbage
    -hot water.

      try nyo po muna 3-4cups.. then let it boil.. then taste kung masarap na.. kung medyo matabang, i-reduce pa ng kaunti.. kung maalat, pwede pa magdagdag ng kaunting tubig hanggang sumakto na ang lasa..

      nilalagyan ko po muna sa ng tubig hanggang sa masarap na sya sa gamit ung sukat ng mga ingredients na binigay ko.. tapos ito po ung ginagawa ko para sa dami ng tubig.. 2:33 para makasigurado na sakto sa tubig 😉😊 please like and share na din po.. maraming salamat po.. 😊😉

    Ano po brand ng gamit nyong sotanghon? Medyo mahal po kasi yung gamit kong sotanghon na longi po ang brand. Naghahanap po sana akong alternative since nagtitinda din po ako 😊

      Try nyo po doble lahat ng ingredients pwera sa asin at toyo.. 1/2tsp salt pa din tapos Gawin nyo lng po 8-10Tbsp soy sauce lng para di sumobra sa alat.. 😊😉

    Kuya Fern, i noticed you didn't rehydrate the vermicelli noodles while some cooks soak them in water first. Is it really necessary?

      it really depends on the preference of the one cooking.. 😉😊 both will have yummy results.. it's just that putting the vermicelli noodles directly to the broth will have the flavor both inside (absorbed) and outside the vermicelli compared to it being pre-soaked.. 😉😊 but the idea is it's better to know both techniques 😉😊

      ganito po.. I said in the caption "let the fat render" means let the fat melt.. so paano po makikita ung fat??? pag nakikita nyo na pong nagmamantika na ung meat or lumalabas na ung mantika sa meat, ibig sabihin, nagrerender na ung fat or natutunaw na ung fat.. so.. "when you let the fat render, you'll see fat (mantika) coming out from the meat.. aun po.. 😊😉

      tatlo po yan... maaaring sa quality ng sotanghon.. at sa pagkakaluto.. or both.. para po ma-pinpoint nyo kung saan nangagaling ang problema, try nyo po muna gumamit ng good quality sotanghon noodles.. anong brand po gamit nyo?

    Anung brand ng vermicelli ung pag naluto as in parang glass noodles talaga..may mga fake kasi ihh

    sobra ang soy sauce. umitim ang sotanghon. itsura pa lang maalat na. daming halo. malamang labog. ang repolyo hindi isinama sa paggisa. malamang matigas. 10x dislike

      di po sya maalat.. saktong sakto lng po sya.. tsaka pwede nyo naman po iadjust ang soy sauce depende po s preference nyo.. tsaka di po sya bihon.. maraming salamat po s pangunawa

      Itsura pala basihan ng pagka-alat ng food? At paano pala yun, hindi na lang haluin para 'di malabog? Madaling lumambot ang repolyo kahit momentarily lang pagkalagay. 10x dislike din kita.

      try nyo po muna 3-4cups.. then let it boil.. then taste kung masarap na.. kung medyo matabang, i-reduce pa ng kaunti.. kung maalat, pwede pa magdagdag ng kaunting tubig hanggang sumakto na ang lasa..
