Sam literally asked Carly to guide her into being more feminine. If anything its commendable that Carly stepped up to the bully in the first place because she at least did FOR Sam. On top of that Sam was ready to throw hands from the beginning. Carly was just telling her to go on ahead and do it since she knew both her and Sam were at their limit with how much of a bitch the bully is. None of this was Carly just using Sam like a trained dog at her leisure if you had just watched the damn episode.
