For the kids who don’t understand, Chip Fu(1st verse) rhymes in double/triple time but also rhymes his words backwards and forwards within his verses. Super complex rhyme pattern. This was literally taking the art of rhyme to another level. I’m not sure too many MC’s try do that today.

The man is highly underrated. One of my favorite rappers from back in the day, and yeah I was alive then, I am 53 now. haha
He's combining hip hop rapping with reggae toasting/chatting. Same thing Butsa and a few others did. Listen to some 80s and early 90s dancehall you'll see where not only the flow but a ton of phrases he uses comes from.

There are so many people that can rap fast but Chip-Fu did it flawlessly. He knew when to speedup, slow down and made sure it sounded good with the beat.
