Nice video. Great to see people taking challenging lines to better/improve the driver skill level up to the limit of the equipment. Building the driver and spotter relationship and improving each others skill level to the limit of the equipment is entertaining. When your skill level is limited by the equipment, then it is time to improve/modify the rig to allow additional driver/spotter skill level to try more challenging trails or lines. Nice job to the group and great videos. Thanks for sharing.
Always great videos! Nice watching people have fun with Jeeps as mines out of commission rate now, currently waiting for parts to get it back on the road
Every Jeep looks like they followed the Project-JK template for their build. Quarter pounder, rockskin corners & side armor, weld on sliders, double throwdown, cantilever rear suspension, Spyderlock/ATX beadlocks, Dynatrac axles, Rockhard Sport cage & trademark modified factory flares.
Three takes for this. Best Turtle video!!! You had a Ninja on the trail messing with things. Best editing Great close ups. Last thing. I think this is my new favorite! Mobi is awesome.
What is the steering setup on the white jku with way of life on side, big bull bar infront. Is everything mounted to the top position on the passenger knuckle with psc assist?
Awesome video! As a 2 door guy, I'm very interested in the specifics on the Orange Jeep. Want to run the Rubicon one day and need to ready my own 2 door.
Great videos at the Rubicon. I can tell you took this trip awhile back. When did you actually complete this trip? I can’t wait to see videos of your gladiator off-roading. I miss Tessa.
Pretty much all of these Jeeps are fully kitted out with Evo stuff. Just looks like a big group of people sponsored by Evo lol not that that’s a bad thing. I do like their stuff. I’ve got their bumpers front and rear and would love to have the double throwdown one day, although I’ll never afford it!
@@wayalife Funny. Somebody in Wyoming is a big fan. They have a white 4 door Wrangler with a very similar front bumper and the wayalife decal on their windshield.
Great video and I have a question. What is the name of the very rocky descent at the 17 minute mark? I have only ran the trail once but we are going back soon and I don’t want to miss it. I think the JJ run skipped this my first time. Thanks!
That is the Old Sluice or True Sluice. It's a part of the original route but challenging enough that most people bypass it. Of our group, only 3 attempted it.
The one silver Jeep with blue wheels didn't have much trouble on anything and if anything, the sticky tires it has made things easier. Some of the other Jeeps were running smaller tires but a lot of what you're seeing is differences in driver experience.
@@wayalife mmmm it's very interesting, in Costa Rica we have a saying "It's not the arrow, it's the Indian", and it applies here.....thank you for taking the time to answer me....all your videos are excellent.
Great stuff! We are preparing to drive to S.E.Utah from Tennessee. Do you have any experience with using seat cushions or ??? For 12+ hour days on interstates? Any recommendations? It may seem like the opposite of this video - but - we gotta out there first!
Me personally, I would say 2" of lift and at least 33" tires. Go with friends who can help out, plan to stack a few rocks and get tugged once or twice and that's all you need.
Awesome video! Cindy making the obstacles look easy! Eddie the “spotter guru” getting everyone through the trail successfully!
Happy to hear you enjoyed seeing it :)
I love how Cindy can walk Moby through anything cool as a cucumber. Huge props Cindy.
LOL - she is fearless
Nicely built rigs and 2 door with no front locker that could with good lines and a great driver and spotter
Glad you liked what you saw.
Absolutely great little series, more of this please!
Glad you enjoyed it :)
what a great time.. those trails looked like a ton of fun.. thanks for all the work put in on this video.
Glad to hear you enjoyed our video 😎
This is insane. Looks like the best fun you could have in a Jeep.
Glad you had fun watching our video :)
More great spotting, beautiful trail can’t wait to get back out there. Thanks happy trails.

I have watched 100s of Jeep rock crawling videos, this might be my favorite.
We're truly flattered that you would say as much, thank you.
Love seeing this trail! So many great camera angles and challenges!
Glad you enjoy it! 😎
Boy Cindy really kills it it Moby , it is truly impressive to watch her wheel 👍thanks for the great video Eddie ..

small group of friends lovely trail.....the best!
Definitely the best way to run a trail like this :)
Loved it! Keep them coming guys.
LOL - thank you my friend 😎
Great video and looks like every one enjoyed it! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Not sure what I am most impressed with. How well you all navigated all that, or the capability of all your Jeeps. Very nice video.
Happy to hear you enjoyed seeing it all 😎
Thanks for getting back to posting great videos. Always great!
Glad you like them!
Love it! Thanks for sharing your adventures! 🐢
Thank you my friend. Glad you enjoyed it 😎
Epic video, epic rock crawling! We love Wayalife 🤟

I wondered why no jls … I loved this vlog !!! You showed allot more than most show on the rubi trail … thanks for the great content 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it! 😎
Awesome!!!! The rubicon looks like a fun beating.
It's always a great time :)
Always good to see Moby getting a work out. 👍
Glad you enjoyed seeing him out on the trail.
Always great videos! Nice watching people have fun with Jeeps as mines out of commission rate now, currently waiting for parts to get it back on the road
Sorry to hear you're out of commission right now but glad you could enjoy this.
I love it great video! Love the rubicon hell all the trails around Tahoe are legit and fun!
Glad you enjoyed it :)
That was an awesome trip!

That's because it's a winning setup that has proven itself to work and well 👍
Ugh now I need more. Going back to watch all the JK experience videos lol

Great video man my favorite trail by far. And old sluce was great 👍
Glad you enjoyed the video :)
love the rubicon and your videos!
Thank you :)
Man, cannot wait till the weather cools off in the Phoenix area. Really itching to get out in the desert.
Another great video. And what an amazing spotter you are. ❤️
You're too kind. Glad you enjoyed the video 😎
Enjoyed very much! Thanks Eddie!
Glad you enjoyed it
What a great trip-love your channel
Glad you enjoyed it
Another great video 👍
Awesome watching the two door AND standard tranny run this trail. 👌
It is always fun seeing a 2-door out on the trail and even better, with a manual.
What is the steering setup on the white jku with way of life on side, big bull bar infront. Is everything mounted to the top position on the passenger knuckle with psc assist?
You're looking at an EVO high steer kit that can only be run on an old Dynatrac ProRock 60. It cannot be used on the newer XD60
"Doug is turtled" Yeah, I'll say! 😅
LOL
This was great 👍.
Glad you enjoyed it 😎
Another great trip. Eddie, you can spot for me anytime!
LOL - I'm humbled that you would say as much. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Bucket list trail! Great vid
Thank you! It's a must do trail for sure. Hope you can make it out sooner than later. 👍
8:06 🤣🤣 such a great episode!
LOL - glad you enjoyed it.
Damn the jeep bag look like a ball moving left and right…
AWESOME OUTSTANDING JOB THANKS
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video ..beautiful scenery..some day will make it there our rig isn't bluit enough yet
You'd be surprised what your Jeep can do as is. You just need to bypass the hard stuff.
Great video, thanks
Glad you liked it! 😎
Wheeling at it's finest.
Happy to hear you had fun watching this 😎
Saludos desde Chile hermano 🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱 mucho exito
badass video.
Glad you enjoyed it :)
Nice shots! Guessing this was from few years back the tree on big sluice has been down for almost 2 years.
Yes. This is one from the archives.
👍👍 Awesome!
Thanks! 👍
You should head on out to silver lake sand dunes in michigan at some point. Your "stock" wrangler would be tons of fun!
Been there and love it. Ton of fun for sure.
Moby is a beast...
He's built to perform :)
great content !!!
Glad you enjoyed it :)
Awesome video! As a 2 door guy, I'm very interested in the specifics on the Orange Jeep. Want to run the Rubicon one day and need to ready my own 2 door.
The 2-door was a Sport with a manual transmission running Dana 44 front and rear axles with 3" of lift and 35" tires.
What time of year is best to run the Rubicon?
July through August is when most people go. You can sometimes get going in June but only if the snow pack is on the low side.
@@wayalife thank you!
Great videos at the Rubicon. I can tell you took this trip awhile back. When did you actually complete this trip? I can’t wait to see videos of your gladiator off-roading. I miss Tessa.
This was a few years back. We've run the Rubicon in our Gladiator but never made a video of it. Maybe someday. We miss Tessa dearly too.
Great video! Can you please tell me the name of the song at the end where you guys jump in the lake?
Wow looks like a very difficut and fun trail. Does other cars or trucks other then jeeps make it up there??
Sure, there are plenty of other vehicles that run this trail but they do need to be highly modified.
What is the name of the song that you have playing between 12:08 and 13:30 in this video?
Pretty much all of these Jeeps are fully kitted out with Evo stuff. Just looks like a big group of people sponsored by Evo lol not that that’s a bad thing. I do like their stuff. I’ve got their bumpers front and rear and would love to have the double throwdown one day, although I’ll never afford it!
LOL - we're good friends and it's easy to want to run the same stuff especially when you see how well it works.
👌
Did I see you driving through a small town in Wyoming yesterday?
I am sorry but that would not have been us.
@@wayalife Funny. Somebody in Wyoming is a big fan. They have a white 4 door Wrangler with a very similar front bumper and the wayalife decal on their windshield.
No the other driver side...🤣
LOL
JK 37s 38s Brake Conversion Kits Do you have any recommendations?
I have run Dynatrac ProGrips on my JK and thought they worked great.
@@wayalife Thank you very much

Does this obstacle have a name?
Love playing on it in the CJ7!
This video was filmed a few years ago. The obstacle in question no longer exists.
@@wayalife Bummer. Last time I was on it was 2006.

@@wayalife Thanks for the explanation! We have 3 LJs coming out from Indiana in 2 weeks. Hopefully we can check this out.
@@wayalife thanks again. We hit old sluice but we went up and it was very challenging. Made me enjoy the trail that much more.
Was that green, (yellow?) 2 door on 35s or 37s and lift size? I’m debating 35s vs 37s on my 2 door jk. Hope to run the rubicon next year.
The 2-door is running 35's.
Nice rocks but I know that the Jeep could over come the rocks
LOL - they are Jeeps after all 😎
Hello, What is the difference between your Jeep and the others who found it more difficult to cross the obstacles?
The one silver Jeep with blue wheels didn't have much trouble on anything and if anything, the sticky tires it has made things easier. Some of the other Jeeps were running smaller tires but a lot of what you're seeing is differences in driver experience.

Sorry, I don't have any recommendations on seat cushions. We just try to make it a habit of stopping often and getting out to stretch :)
Thank you for your reply. We will let you know if we get anything that helps make the miles seem friendlier.
Scary stuff...what's the minimum required for Rubicon, 2 Dr Willys Sport...?
Me personally, I would say 2" of lift and at least 33" tires. Go with friends who can help out, plan to stack a few rocks and get tugged once or twice and that's all you need.
What's the minimum gear that you would recommend to bring with you to run this trail.
Aside from tow points front and rear, a tow strap and friends that can help you out. That is minimum.
Jeep 6×6 review
When was this filmed?
A few years back.
Noticed you said it was Tesa swimming in the lake and not Ripley .
yeah i thought he said tessa too.
This was filmed a few years back and Tessa was our previous girl.
What year was this run?
A few years back for sure
I was wondering why you just dont turn on your lockers at the beginning and leave thme on ?
It is very difficult to steer on rocks like this with the front locker on.
F Newsome just want my life back says very Cajifornian that loves what we once had.
why do all the windows say wayalife? do you own all these jeeps or your friends just put your decal?
These are all our friends and they're happy to support us.
