Part 8: Hybrid won’t start Engine Transmission swap OBD code P3105 rattling Highlander Toyota RX400h

2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid
First Start up after Engine and Transmission swap. Hard to start due to low traction battery charge. Started in maintenance mode.
Had slight noise in transmission due to low Transmission Fluid level.

So, how you fix P3105 ?

I thought I had it fixed when I changed the battery control module in the rear battery pack. However, after I changed it, it was good for 3 days and I even made a video, I had to take down. The P3105 code came back and even added another code that my batteries were failing. So I need to diagnose it more. I was thinking buying a brand new battery control module (the one I installed was used). Then perhaps hook up my toyota dealer scan tool to monitor the batteries. What else can I do? Any ideas?

Wondering what charger did you use? Is battery module for Prius can be used in HiHy or interchangeably? If not so, Wondering where we can get the battery module for the HiHy?

No modules are not interchangeable with Prius. Highlander Hybrid share most parts with Lexus RX400h. Almost identical car. I found modules on eBay. I used a charger called imax b6.
