I think it's a good idea that it doesn't have any suspension. If it sat any higher it would be dangerous. I love your RC modifications, but this is soo cool. Who would ever think to do this? I can't think of any other ideas right now but if I do I'll let you know either way more of these would be great!!!

im having the same problem with two 4s motors (tried lock tight already)
Clean the grub screw off with some break cleaner and apply red locktite anything above 3s needs red because it can withstand greater heat conditions because the blue will break down faster causing it to back out.

What work needed to be done on that servo?
Nothing, you just need to 3D print out the servo mount parts. It needs one M2.5x10 and two M2x8 screws.
What happens is you're using too much heat to cut it off that's why the motor shared off
Use lock tite on pinion
+Tomley RC, think this one is faster than yours?
We did the speed test on a pretty cold day, it helps with the motor heat also. Our Mario kart seems to top at 35mph and can not go beyond that.

Hello. I have this vehicle and took it apart because the engine sounded weird. The 2 screws that hold the motor feel out and destroyed a gear. I took everything back together with a new gear but it's still not working smoothly. Could you please describe how you put everything together? I tried it on 2 cars and so.something wrong. Both now make a rattling sound
It could be the adjustment of the motor's position or gear grinding.
How did you make the pinion shaft diameter bigger
I didn't. The new pinion gear just fits the new motor shaft.
