- The second event of the season is on the same weekend!
This is the Chilliwack Spring Fair 2023 put on by West Coast Amusements Unit 3!
It ran from the 23rd to the 26th, I was unfortunately only able to come on the last day. However, there will be more events happening with similar rides, the next one being in Mission BC!

I'm going to the North town Nanaimo fair when it comes to town but sadly I'm leaving BC soon so it might be my last one I go to.

@LD IRL I'm disappointed to leave as well but I will keep an eye on your channel and film all the other theme parks I go to as well in my area.

First thoughts, smaller grounds but smart layout, having that area for the kids then to transition with spring ride into the thrill and major rides section, pretty cool!
What are your thoughts about the new ticket system? lol
@@LD_IRL oh god the magic money thing made me kinda mad lol, like me and my friend went to go get food and went to pay with cash and he said to us “You need to have money on your wristband to pay, or debit.” like what?? It was definitely interesting paying method. What were your thoughts on the actual city while you were here?
@@2FnafNerds lolol yeah, and it looks like they dont give change, which i think is kinda a major thing they need to figure out there lol, all i had was a 50 bill and i wasnt about to go using that for only 10 dollars of tickets, good thing i had my debit card on me but yeah, wouldve been nice if they made some sort of announcement or something of that change beforehand looool, cause i know everyone was trying to figure it out.
anyhow, Chilliwack seemed pretty cool! tbf, i was only there for like, an hour and a bit, we had a lot going on yesterday so we didnt do much exploring around, the hills and mountains around were pretty cool too, very neat visual.
Did WCA get rid of the hurricane? I used to be terrified of that ride when I was a kid (the loud noise it makes freaked me out), but now I love watching it in action.
@@dravakian I dont think so, I havent seen it on any of the ride selling sites and it is still listed in the Unit 3 ride list, so i assume its still around. Their first two events seem to have a much smaller size than once they come to the island in a couple weeks and going on further throughout the season, im pretty sure it will be back in action soon!
